If you fancy a go at Scuba Diving to see what it is like then a Try Dive is a 45 minute (approx) under water experience in confined water (i.e. swimming pool). You have a chance to try on the equipment and find out what its like to breathe underwater. You will also get to understand what buoyancy underwater is all about.A Try Dive is a good way of seeing if Scuba Diving is the sport for you. Please note the minimum age is 8 years. Bike Newport is delighted to present another unforgettable season of our Full Moon Rides Sponsored by AARP Rhode Island. The secret is out about these highly enjoyable group rides around the beautiful Ocean Drive, made all the more beautiful by colorful Newport sunsets and the glistening full moon glow on the water. Be sure to register while space remains, and we look forward to riding with you. We'll gather at Equality Park in downtown Newport, and once we get to King's Park our coastal route will bring us past scenic harbor, bay, and ocean views - lit first by the setting sun, and then by the rising moon. Registration will be available each month after the prior ride completes. Tickets for the September 17th ride go on sale beginning August 19th at 10:00pm (register here).
