Fall Equinox Frolic: Women's Workshop & Trail Run/Hike Come join us for a day of empowerment, community, and nature-connectedness! Our Women's Workshop will focus on mindfulness, play, creativity, local ecology, and building community with other amazing women. We'll be trying on new mindfulness exercises, engaging playful movement, and learning new skills and techniques to support our own regeneration as well as the regeneration of the natural world -- all while celebrating the end of summer and setting intentions for the autumn 🍂 After the workshop, we'll offer the option to join a ~4 mile trail run or hike to immerse ourselves in the beauty of the fall season. Enjoy the crisp air, colorful leaves, and the feeling of accomplishment as we enjoy mindful movement on the trails together. There will be two no-drop groups to ensure inclusion of all paces and abilities, and both groups will be led by certified running coaches 🏃‍♀️ No matter your fitness level, this event is all about having fun and celebrating the fall equinox with like-minded women. Don't miss out on this opportunity to recharge, regenerate, connect, and explore our beautiful planet! 🌏 Our event will take place on the unceded lands of the Cheyenne and Ute tribes, at Beaver Brook Watershed in Evergreen, Colorado. We will meet at the trailhead at 2pm and begin the .7 mile hike to the reservoir around 2:05pm. Our workshop will take place at the reservoir, and the run will begin at the reservoir around 4pm. In the spirit of inclusion and ecological justice, we don't want finances to be a barrier to participation. Please email regenerativecoachingllc@gmail.com if you're unable to pay the full amount but would like to join in the fun!
