AFTLS is a troupe of five classically-trained British actors who travel college campuses in the US performing Shakespeare's works in an engaging and minimalist style. Co-founded by Sir Patrick Stewart in the 1970s, they were a fixture of campus life at UT from the 1990s through the start of the pandemic under the long-time residency directorship of Professor Alan Friedman. They now make their triumphant return. AFTLS is known for their distinctive minimalist style, in which only five actors take on all the roles in a full Shakespeare play.  Performances will take place at the Texas Spirit Theater at the Bullock State History Museum. POLICIES: If your plans change, we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Contact the English Department at shakespeare@austin.utexas.edu with order changes. We ask for at least a 48-hour notice to process cancellations or exchanges. Cancellations may be refunded and exchanges are subject to availability. Any requests for refunds received less than 48 hours before the start of a performance cannot be fulfilled. Please note that parties of 10 or more must pay for tickets at the time of reservation.

Texas State History Museum
The Texas State History Museum is located in the city center of Austin, the capital of Texas, USA. It opened in 2001. It is a history museum whose mission is to tell the history of Texas and let visitors understand the history of Texas.
The museum is divided into three floors. The theme of the first floor is land, the second floor is identity, and the third floor is timing. The exhibits include costumes, tools, handicrafts, photos, pictures, books, etc. The first floor mainly introduces the first encounter between Native Americans and European explorers. From the exhibits and models, you can know how many ethnic groups there are among Native Americans, how the Spanish found this land, what the French did here, etc. Visitors can hear their voices and see historical items that reflect life. The second floor mainly introduces how Texas gained an independent identity and what major events have occurred in history; from the third floor, you can know how Texas adapted to the environment and used timing to develop medicine, science, etc.
The Texas State History Museum is a museum that fully understands the history and culture of Texas. By visiting its three-story exhibition hall, you can tell the history of Texas into an interesting story for future generations.

As a regular tourist thought the process of entering the Parliament House was very cumbersome, but I didn&#39;t expect to check the bag I took with me to visit. Built in 1885, the building covers 51 acres and was designed by architects modeled on the Capitol in Washington, DC, and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1970 and was named a National Historic Landmark in 1986. Amazing the passing of the world does not affect its appearance and internal structure, as always brand new, visitors can visit the government office, have time to visit around the building outside, from all angles to enjoy the century-old building.
