Matthäus Passion voor fluitorkest Een bijzondere uitvoering van Bachs meesterwerk door een groot projectfluitorkest, samengesteld uit meer dan 100 enthousiaste fluitisten uit heel Nederland en België. Deze verkorte versie van de Matthäus Passion (ca. 75 min) is speciaal voor fluitorkest bewerkt door Rogier de Pijper en Mirna Ackers, met hoogtepunten zoals Aus Liebe en Erbarme dich. Niemand minder dan Berdien Stenberg brengt het lijdensverhaal op een levendige en toegankelijke manier. Samen met het speciale 'Passie voor fluit'-projectkoor en solisten Isabel Houtmortels (sopraan), Eva Trimaille (alt), Salvador Simão (tenor), Jouke Wijmenga (bas 5 april) en Luka den Boer (bas 6 april) belooft het een heel bijzonder concert te worden. De uitvoering is een verkorte versie van 75 minuten, ideaal voor een laagdrempelige kennismaking met dit iconische werk, met een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. Dit is geen standaard zakelijke uitvoering van de Matthäus Passion, maar een toegankelijke en intieme ervaring die geschikt is voor iedereen. Werewolf is the Ultimate Winter Challenge in the Veluwe for Gravel and Mountainbiking. What started as an All-Day Epic amongst a small group of frineds has now got out of hand and is an Icon in the Gravel Calendar in the Netherlands. Some say Legendary... It is a small scale, Community based event where start and finish is at the incredibly hospitable Jorisbrood in Ede. Expect no more than 150 participants MAX! The focus is on quality of the route, food and drinks and cameraderie amongst other riders. For 2025 we have 2 Gravel distances - 180km Classic and a shorter 130km. We also have 2 MTB Routes - Singletrack 90km (ALL MTB Routes and in the forest) plus Bospaden 90km which is more old school mtb - forest paths, gravel and some mtb route but not too technical. 80+ km mixed gendered gravel ride across the Veluwe's finest. Hi all, We are excited to be partnering with the Infms CC crew for a special edition 80+ km gravel ride through the Veluwe! Bringing together two communities who share the same ethos and love for gravel with fellow cyclists. At the bottom of the event description, you can find some more information about the two collaborating communities. ABOUT THE RIDE We meet at 09:30 at Jorisbrood in Ede where a delicious coffee and snack can be attained before we head out at 10 AM for a 80+ km gravel ride ending at Boerderij Mossel for a drink. Skill level This event is perfect for gravel enthusiasts of all skill levels. We will split in different groups and speeds but you should able to average 20 km/h. Terrain Be prepared for a variety of terrain. From gravel roads to forest trails, single tracks and even some sand. One thing is for sure, you'll be surrounded by natural beauty that the Veluwe has to offer the entire ride. Community This is a mixed gendered ride. Everyone is welcome! Bij deze workshop 'verhalen vertellen' wordt er aandacht besteed aan: stemgebruik, mimiek, expressie, inhoud van het verhaal, inleving en emotie, losmaken en ontspanning en tot slot presentatie. Maar bovenal is dit een workshop om plezier en humor beleven met elkaar. Samen een stap verder durven gaan in het je laten zien voor een groep. Samen je drempelvrees voorbij komen om iets te tonen voor een publiek. Het is zeker een goede oefening om plezier te krijgen in het vertellen van verhalen! Abe, is een professioneel verhalenverteller met 400(!) verhalen in zijn repertoire. Hij is een bekende verschijning bij vele festivals en particuliere events. In 2016 werd hij verkozen tot beste entertainer van het jaar tijdens de Fantasy Awards. Inmiddels heeft Abe ook diverse boeken uitgegeven. Het Britse vocaal ensemble Papagena en harpiste Victoria Davies spelen een programma - A Winter's dawn - vol winterse liederen en carols. Papagena is opgericht om de rijkdom aan muziek, speciaal geschreven voor vrouwenstemmen, te verkennen. Geen rekwisieten, microfoons of gimmicks, slechts vijf verbluffende stemmen: Imogen Russell, Lizzie Drury, Suzzie Vango, Shivani Rattan & Sarah Tenant-Flowers. Papagena plaatst klassiek repertoire naast traditionele folk, middeleeuwse en hedendaagse muziek en creëert programma's die negen eeuwen kunnen bestrijken. Van de 12e-eeuwse abdis Hildegard van Bingen tot Joni Mitchell, van hymnen en zangerige ballads tot Noorse slaapliedjes en van Purcell tot Katy Perry. Papagena schrijft en arrangeert een deel van haar eigen materiaal en geeft ook opdracht voor nieuwe arrangementen en stukken van een eclectisch scala aan componisten. De groep heeft uitgebreid door Engeland getoerd en optredens gegeven op muziekfestivals en evenementen. Papagena heeft twee opnamen uitgebracht, waarvan de laatste, Hush!, werd uitgebracht in het voorjaar van 2020 en het vorige album The Darkest Midnight bereikte nummer één in de Amazon-downloadlijsten. Victoria Davies is een bekroonde solo-, kamer- en orkestharpiste. Ze heeft gewerkt in Groot-Brittannië, Thailand en Nederland, en toerde door Europa en Zuidoost-Azië met orkesten en haar eigen kamergroepen. Welcome to Run Wild 2025. A new Trail running event in the Veluwe from Studio INFMS. There will be two distances - +/- 25km and 35km. The routes are carefully crafted, checked and ran by the INFMS crew to guarantee safety and satisfaction. The day will start at Studio INFMS in Ede just after 9am. There will be Specialty Coffee from AMOC and Rum Baba before you set off in a mass start. Upon return there will be Beers and Burrito's and plenty of good vibes. The event is completely Self-Supported so you will need to navigate the route by yourself and be prepared for all circumstances. There will be no pickup or transport support if things go wrong. We do have one final suprise ... In connection with Werewolf 2025, a Gravel and MTB Event also on the same day, we offer a 'Double Werewolf' ticket - For those crazy enough to want to do the trail run on the Friday and bike ride on the Saturday we offer the ticket at the same price. Note - the Trail run will need to be done on Friday (Coffee and Burrito/beer will be supplied) and then you can join the cyclists from Jorisbrood on the Saturday. Godspeed!
