                This event is on Tuesday, June 17, Wednesday, June 18 and Thursday, June 19th from 9am to 3pm. This is a 3-day clinic for 7th-12th grade girls. Athletes will participate in a full-day training camp. Day will start at POW! GYM Chicago, the home of the Chicago Parisi Speed School. This camp will also be partially take place at Sheriden Park athletes will walk with coaches. This is a small-sized camp. Drop off is as early as 8 am and pick up by 4pm. Greg Holcomb, founder of Next Level Athletix, a nationally recognized quarterback coach. He will be leading the quarterback and wide receiver skills section of the camp, bringing his proven training methods to elevate each athlete’s performance. Flag Pulling: The core of flag football defense
Zone & Man Coverage: Understanding coverage assignments, reading offensive formations, and reacting quickly.Learn Offensive Skills:
Route Running: Timed routes like slants, outs, posts, and hooks are critical for wide receivers and running backs.
Passing Mechanics: QBs—footwork, grip, quick release, and accuracy.
Receiving Techniques: Catching with soft hands, high-pointing the ball, and ball control.
Flag Pulling Awareness: Speed skills to avoid having your flag pulled while carrying the ball—cutbacks, spins, and quick lateral moves. Sample Schedule
