After his playing career, Mick transitioned into coaching and management roles at Luton Town, ultimately leading the club to victory in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy in 2009. This event is one of the many benefits resulting from the University's educational partnership with Luton Town Football Club, providing students with valuable educational and career development opportunities.
