The 2024 Annual Jeff Yanko Memorial Golf Tournament in memory of Jeff Yanko is set to take place at Long Creek Golf & Country Club in Avonlea. The event aims to honor Jeff's life and legacy while raising funds for the Jeff Yanko Scholarship. Attendees can check in at 10:00 am, with tee times starting at 11:00 am. The tournament includes an 18-hole scramble, a JY Memorial hat, and lunch for $161.08. For those not participating in golf, hats and lunch can be purchased separately. Throughout the day, there will be a 10th hole snack stop, a silent auction from 1:30-2:00 pm, followed by a live auction at 5:30 pm featuring Del Shapka. Jeff, a proud alum of Notre Dame, was dedicated to the College and its values. His wife, Kathie, and three children, Jamie ’14, Bryn ’16, and Evyn ’26, continue to uphold his legacy within the Notre Dame community. Donations are also welcomed at the event.
