In this class, you’ll learn to tear paper to create a beautiful and fun collage. This technique can be used in mixed media art, junk journaling and more. Melissa's teaching style is easy-going in all CAPS. And! If you're worried you need to be an artist to join this class, sweep that worry right out the door. All you need is the desire to get out of the house and learn something new. In this class we will walk step by step to create our own watercolor paintings we can take home to enjoy! The instructor will have a drawn out template prepared of a simple illustration (see what we are painting in class here), you can choose to sketch it yourself or trace the template. We will paint together using basic watercolor techniques working step by step, finishing with an ink pen to add detail. Everyone will have a finished piece to take home. No prior skill or experience is necessary, our main goal is to have FUN!
