The 2025 Taiwan International Hot Air Balloon Carnival will be held at Luye Plateau in Taitung for 48 days. This event coincides with the 15th anniversary, and the heavyweight IP Doraemon is specially invited to help create the cutest summer event. During the event, visitors can enjoy classic projects such as thousands of balloons flying together, drone performances, fireworks shows and light sculpture concerts. This year's carnival will launch a new Doraemon hot air balloon and Doraemon drone performances, as well as a hot air balloon light sculpture concert. Against the backdrop of blue sky and white clouds, the blue Doraemon will bring a cool summer experience to Taitung.
