Dr. Laura Motta-Mena
 with Methodist Health System &

 with The Senior Source.
This information will be relevant and accessible to the general public, but will also qualify for up to 4 hours of 
Continuing Education
 for aging-focused professionals like Social Workers, Nurses, and LPCs.
The DAGS Fall Forum will also feature 
over 40 aging-focused organizations
 who will share information and resources. A variety of 
health screenings
 will also be provided at low or no cost. 
Lunch and snacks
 are included.
Registration for Professionals is $75.00
 and includes annual DAGS Membership, as well as Continuing Education Credit. A special 
discounted rate of $25.00
 is available for the General Public.
Proceeds from this event fund 
academic scholarships
