2025 Camosun College Lansdowne Campus Volunteer Fair
! Join us at the Sherri Bell Hall, Wilna Thomas Building for a day filled with opportunities to get involved in your community. Whether you're passionate about the environment, social justice, or helping others, there's something here for everyone. Come meet with organizations looking for volunteers and discover how you can make a difference. Don't miss out on this chance to connect with like-minded individuals and make a positive impact!
Table set up: 9:30am to 10:00am. Fair runs from 10:00am to 1:00 pm. Table take down: 1:00 pm to 1:30 pm.
Fair Location:
The Fair will be held in Sherri Bell Hall in the Wilna Thomas Building. There is space for 17 agencies to participate. Three days prior to the event all registered organizations will be sent a Fair site map showing the location of your table, the other participating agencies, and a map to Sherri Bell Hall. A tablecloth is unfortunately 
NOT PROVIDED
 so please do bring your own if needed. A table & two chairs are provided to make up your 'booth' – along with the material you want to display & hand out
Parking:
Parking can be a challenge and parking cost is not included in your registration fee. Vendors may use Lots P6 and P7 for loading on the morning of the event. Information on parking at Camosun can be found here: https://share.google/images/Uq8tYffuzxSWo8qX0	 If possible, transit and car pooling is encouraged.
Food and Beverage:
Sorry but refreshments are not provided. There is a wonderful cafeteria relatively close to where the Volunteer Fair will take place.
