Welcome to the 2025 OHDSI Global Symposium which will take place at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA.
The 2025 OHDSI Global Symposium is a 3-day event that begins Tuesday, Oct. 7 with (6) half-day tutorials. The plenary sessions and collaborator showcase will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 8 followed by various workgroup activities on Thursday, Oct. 9.
REGISTRATION DETAILS:
Symposium Registration (including plenary sessions, collaborator showcase and workgroup activities), $500*
* this is an open and inclusive event; if the symposium registration fee presents a burden for you, please email symposium@ohdsi.org and request a discounted or free registration ticket.
Additional Tutorial Registration
:
Tuesday, Oct. 7: Introduction to OHDSI Tutorial, 8am-12pm, $100
Tuesday, Oct. 7: Advanced Tutorials, 1pm-5pm, $200
(the tickets will reflect these options in a package price - please note that this year you will need to present your tutorial registration ticket to enter the meeting rooms.)
Should you need to make changes or cancel your registration tickets, please follow the instructions you will receive on your Eventbrite confirmation upon registration completion. Please note that registration tickets can be refunded up until 7 days prior to the event;
 Eventbrite fees are not refundable for any registration ticket.
Vocabulathon 2025:
 
Join the first-ever OHDSI Vocabulathon on 
Tuesday, October 7th (8 a.m. – 12 p.m.)
 at the 2025 Global Symposium! This interactive event brings together community members to tackle long-standing vocabulary challenges – from race/ethnicity and visit harmonization to mapping complexities in vaccine and survey domains, and rethinking how non-same-as standard concept mappings are handled. Whether you’re a seasoned terminology expert or someone who has struggled with vocabulary in your studies or ETLs, there’s a place for you here. As Patrick Ryan noted, 
we’re all vocabulary users
, and this is your chance to help design better solutions, together.
