Testify Strength & Conditioning is proud to announce the 2024 Testify Barbell MAYhem Weightlifting Meet, taking place on Saturday, May 11. This highly anticipated event will be held at the prestigious Testify Strength & Conditioning facility in Omaha, NE. Athletes from all over are invited to showcase their strength and compete in various divisions, including Masters, Senior, Junior, and Youth.

Registration for this extraordinary event is open until May 4, 2024. We encourage all interested participants to register promptly, as spots are limited. To secure your place, please complete the online registration process. Early registration ends on March 30, 2024, so take advantage of this opportunity to sign up and receive a complimentary meet shirt. Crafted with exquisite design, this shirt will undoubtedly make you the envy of your friends.

The meet schedule, subject to change based on the number of registered athletes, consists of five sessions throughout the day. Weigh-ins and lifting sessions will occur at designated times, starting as early as 6:00 a.m. Spectators are welcome to attend and support their loved ones, with no admission fee.

As this event adheres to current USAW/IWF rules, all lifters must be USAW members. Please ensure you bring your USAW card and valid identification to the meet. In order to maintain the highest standards, no USAW applications will be accepted on the day of the event.

For those new to weightlifting, singlets are not required but are highly encouraged. If you choose not to wear one, shorts and a t-shirt are acceptable, excluding long-sleeved shirts as elbows must be visible during the meet.
