The 2024 Nashville Weightlifting Open is a USAW sanctioned Olympic Weightlifting Meet, featuring two lifts: the Snatch and Clean & Jerk. Athletes will have three attempts at each lift, competing in their respective weight class. To participate in the event, athletes must be current USAW members through March 30th, 2024, and comply with USAW rules, including wearing a singlet. Membership can be obtained by signing up on the USAW website.

Registration for the 2024 Nashville Weightlifting Open is now open. Take advantage of the Early Bird Registration prices of $55.20 until January 28th. After that, Regular Registration will be available for $78.67 until February 25th. Late Registration will be accepted until March 16th, but the entry fee is nonrefundable, so please consider this before registering. [View] Even if you are not a fan of country music, you can still be attracted to the entertainment of this place. I especially like the form of the performance, the number and range of the action. The whole performance will be broadcast live on the radio. The atmosphere is good, relaxed, friendly and can hear classic American music. One small downside is that the drinks are too expensive and if the price is reasonable, I believe it will sell more.
