As the Capital of Cross Country, this park has been the proud home of the FSU Invitational since 2009. In fact, it has become a tradition for the park to be designated as the Pre-State meet for twelve consecutive years now.

However, it is important to note that the NFHS-sanctioned meet is open to all member high schools in good standing, as well as middle schools and middle school-aged clubs (grades 6-8). We want to emphasize that Visit Tallahassee and Florida State University are not responsible for enforcing any competition restrictions imposed by specific states or schools.
