These sessions are perfect for children who may find traditional cycling challenging, as we provide a range of adapted bikes to support their needs. Everybody Health & Leisure is delighted to announce the upcoming Adult Inclusive Cycling session, designed to empower individuals with impairments to remain active and enjoy themselves. These sessions offer a fantastic opportunity for those with impairments or additional needs to engage in cycling, promoting independence and physical activity. To facilitate this, Everybody Health & Leisure provides a variety of adapted bikes for participants to experience within the sportshall. Our dedicated and experienced Everybody Coaches will be present to supervise and assist throughout the session. Helmets will be available, although participants are welcome to bring their own if desired. In order to ensure a high-quality experience, these sessions will be limited to a small number of participants, with a maximum of 7 individuals per session. It is necessary to book in advance as walk-ins on the day will not be accepted. The admission fee is £4 per person for non-members, with a reduced rate of £3 for Options or Wildcard members.
