Now in its 13th year, the original curatorial team of Sam Leach, Tony Lloyd, and Ashley Crawford have stepped down to allow fresh blood to take the reins. Brent Harris was born in Palmerston North, Aotearoa in 1956. He completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the Victorian College of the Arts in 1984 and has garnered critical acclaim for his work since the mid-1980s.
