The first session, from 09:00 to 09:45, focuses on balance and co-ordination through Martial Arts for 3-6-year-olds. In this engaging session, children will learn fundamental skills and enhance their balance and co-ordination through Martial Arts techniques. From 09:45 to 10:30, Juniors and Adults aged 7 years and above can participate in the Martial Arts Fundamentals session. This class offers an introduction to the basics of Martial Arts, including stances and basic techniques, in a supportive and unpressurized environment. Next, from 10:30 to 11:15, the Pads & Fitness session is perfect for Juniors and Adults aged 7 years and above. This class combines Martial Arts-themed fitness with techniques for hitting Martial Arts Focus Pads. It's an excellent opportunity for all fitness levels to engage in a fun and energizing workout. Finally, from 11:15 to 12:00, the Self Defence session is designed for Juniors and Adults aged 11 years and above. Participants will learn valuable self-defence techniques, including knife defence, to enhance personal safety and confidence.
