Dance & Movement Days is a series of monthly workshops that celebrate embodiment, curiosity, diversity, and community in St. Catharines. From October to March, local artists and movement practitioners with diverse backgrounds come together to teach two-hour workshops, sharing their embodied practices with community members. These workshops take place in various locations in the Downtown core, offering a unique opportunity to explore and appreciate the local arts scene. The aim of Dance & Movement Days is to introduce meaningful methods for locals to connect with their bodies, the built environment, and the people around them. Through these workshops, participants become more in tune with themselves and their surroundings.
