Temple Lounge Presents: Benji The Light Lion Comedy Special with special musical guests The Legal Immigrants & Kyle Brown & The Human Condition LA-based comedian Benji the Light Lion has performed numerous shows at The Fourth Wall Comedy Cafe in Hollywood, The Comedy Chateau, Next Wave Comedy and The Upright Citizen's Brigade Annex and now returns to his native West Michigan on Wednesday, November 27th—the night before Thanksgiving—to film his first hour-long comedy special at the historic Temple Lounge in Spring Lake before a limited and intimate audience. Benji the Light Lion is a classically trained poet and both the former editor of the international arts review Fogged Clarity and a starting Division 1 college fullback. A Temple Tour with a twist... In 1938, Minnie James led grief-stricken mothers, who lost their sons to war, in opening Wales' Temple of Peace. Explore the Peace Building with our trusty Tour Guide... and maybe a few others. Venture to the Crypt and hear the stories of those gone... but not forgotten. The tour start times are at 7pm and 9pm on the 31st October and last approximately 40 minutes. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time. Latecomers will not be admitted.
