"Impression: Sanjie Liu" is one of the large-scale live performances of the "Impression Series" jointly produced by famous directors Zhang Yimou, Wang Chaoge and Fan Yue. The performance venue is located at the intersection of Yangshuo River and Tianjiahe River. Opposite the river is the Shutong Mountain. The stage is the two-kilometer-long waters of the Lancang River. The background is the twelve peaks. It is very atmospheric and one of the very few large-scale landscape theaters. The performance is mainly based on the local customs and is absolutely exhilarating.

The "New Dreams of Lijiang" large-scale landscape show is a landscape theater performance. It demonstrates the flair of the landscape and people of the Lancang. Using a combination of ballet and acrobatics, it consists of four parts: “Mountain and Water Cultivation”, “Life and Eternity”, “Underwater Wonders” and “Oriental Love Songs”. They bring audiences into a colorful fairy tale world. The show includes challenging acrobatic displays such as "Stepping Umbrellas", "Flying Man", "Rolling Light", "Stepping People", "Drilling Circle" and other programs performed by award-winning acrobats at home and abroad.

The performance of "Between Mountains and Waters" is a large-scale Guilin style song and dance show that combines appreciation and artistry. The professional male dan art troupe will bring you a magnificent and amazing panoramic theater viewing experience. "Between Mountains and Waters" is set against the colorful mountains and rivers and the unique and charming ethnic minority culture. It tells the poetic rural life by the Li River and under the Elephant Trunk Hill, and shows the charming southern customs and the harmonious coexistence of man and nature in a multi-dimensional and all-round way. "Between Guilin Mountains and Waters" has four chapters: Green Mountains, Beautiful Waters, Strange Caves, and Beautiful Stones.

2024 marks the 80th anniversary of the Southwest Drama Exhibition. This year's art festival is themed "Looking Back and Moving Forward", inheriting the historical context of Guilin and continuing the glory of the "Southwest Drama Exhibition". This year's art festival will build a comprehensive art festival with drama as the main body and drama, music and fine arts as the three pillars. The creative team of the Central Academy of Drama broke the traditional commemorative exhibition method and projected a large number of precious stills and documents of the Southwest Drama Exhibition that they exclusively possessed on the surface of the river on the Elephant Trunk Hill through video records. Accompanied by the praises and songs of the Southwest Drama Exhibition, the audience of the Guilin Art Festival will be drawn into the scene of the Southwest Drama Exhibition, where they can see the exhibition, the drama workers 80 years ago, the scenes of the drama performances and the troupes participating in the performances...
