In these 2-hour weekly classes, held in Camborne and Falmouth, you will have the opportunity to push yourself out of your comfort zone and uncover hidden aspects of your true self. No dance background is necessary as we welcome and encourage women of all ages, shapes, and sizes to join us. All you need is an open mind, a sense of humor, and a willingness to grow.
