Terms and Conditions 1. Introduction Welcome to the 9-Ball Pool Championship! By registering for or participating in this event, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 2. Eligibility Participants must be at least 18 years of age to register.All participants must have valid identification at the time of registration.Employees of the event organizers, sponsors, or any affiliates are not eligible to compete.3. Registration Registration for the championship is open until 30/01/2025.Participants must complete the registration process and submit all required information.Guest Entry Fees must be paid in full prior to event participation.Registration is non-transferable and can only be used by the registered individual.4. Tournament Format The championship will be played using 9-Ball Pool Rules.Tournament format may include single elimination, round-robin, or another structure as determined by the organizers.All matches will be conducted under the supervision of event officials.The organizers reserve the right to modify the tournament format or schedule as necessary.5. Player Conduct All participants must exhibit good sportsmanship during the event.Any form of cheating, unsportsmanlike behavior, or disruptive conduct may result in immediate disqualification.Use of illegal substances or alcohol during play is strictly prohibited.Players must follow instructions from tournament officials and referees.6. Equipment Players may use their own pool cues, but the event organizers will provide standardized equipment (balls, tables, etc.) for all matches.The organizers are not responsible for lost or damaged personal equipment.7. Scoring and Rules The tournament will be conducted under the official 9-Ball Pool rules (as per World Pool-Billiard Association or Billiard Congress of America standards).The final decision on any rule disputes will be made by the event officials, whose decision is final.8. Prizes and Awards Prizes will be awarded to the top finishers as outlined in the event details.In the event of a tie, the organizers may implement a tiebreaker round or distribute prizes as deemed appropriate.Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless otherwise stated.9. The UK SERIES -- Rise Ilford event will take place in Ilford on the 21st, 27th, or 28th of April 2024 at Rocket Padel, located at 2 The Drive, IG1 3PS. Padel players of all levels - Female, Male, or Mixed pairs - are invited to participate in this tournament. The event offers two play sessions based on skill level: Lower, Intermediate, and Upper Intermediate, as well as Advanced level for experienced players. Matches will be played on indoor courts following a Round Robin format. Winners in each category will receive prizes and entry to exclusive member groups. Additionally, the top two players with the highest points by the end of the UK SERIES will win a 10-day stay in Thailand. Celebrate and honor everyday "superwomen" at the "Super Women, Super Self - a textile workshop" in Ilford. Participants are encouraged to bring items of inspiration related to the women they wish to celebrate, including themselves. These items can be objects, images, or words expressing the superwoman attribute they admire. During the workshop at Redbridge Central Library and Museum, attendees will receive hessian material to create a 20cm x 20cm textile piece on a 16cm x 16cm embroidery hoop. Basic materials will be provided, but participants can bring special elements like beads and fabric. The created textile pieces and items of inspiration will be displayed at the library from March 11 to March 16. Facilitated by visual artist Katie Schreiber and funeral director Hasina Zaman, this workshop is suitable for ages 16 and above, with no prior experience required. Often called meditation in motion, Tai Chi involves gentle movements, postures, controlled breathing and a calm state of mind. Research suggests Tai Chi may help with menopausal symptoms such as bone loss, mood swings and sleep issues. Additional benefits include stimulating the central nervous system, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and gently toning muscles. Tai Chi is also known to improve balance, manage pain, relieve depression and enhance brain function. Interested? Our free Tai Chi sessions are open to members of our Menopause Awareness Community (MAC) group, as well as women and girls aged 13 and over who live, work, or study in Redbridge. Classes will take place at Redbridge Central Library on Saturdays from 28 September to 14 December 2024, for a total of 12 sessions. Most sessions will run from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm, with a couple of exceptions which will run from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm due to our regular MAC activities. "Fit for Fun" Tai Chi Classes for Women | Redbridge Central Library and Museum

Tai Chi is a gentle, low-impact exercise that blends martial arts with meditation. Originating from ancient China, it has evolved to focus on health and rehabilitation. Often called meditation in motion, Tai Chi involves gentle movements, postures, controlled breathing and a calm state of mind. Research suggests Tai Chi may help with menopausal symptoms such as bone loss, mood swings and sleep issues. Additional benefits include stimulating the central nervous system, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and gently toning muscles. Tai Chi is also known to improve balance, manage pain, relieve depression and enhance brain function. Interested? Our free Tai Chi sessions are open to members of our Menopause Awareness Community (MAC) group, as well as women and girls aged 13 and over who live, work, or study in Redbridge. Classes started at Redbridge Central Library on Saturday, 28 September 2024 for four sessions. A new series begins on Saturday, 7 December, running until 8 February 2025, for eight sessions in total. Each class runs from 12:30 to 1:30 pm, followed by time for a cuppa and a chat. Below is the schedule for the next 8 sessions. Please book for each class you'd like to attend: 7 December 14 December 21 December 11 January 18 January 25 January 1 February 8 February What to bring: Wear comfortable exercise clothes.Wear trainers or exercise shoes with a good grip. While Tai Chi is often done barefoot, the instructor will advise on this at the first session. Some people prefer soft-soled shoes for extra support. Make sure your shoes have non-slip soles to avoid accidents.Your water bottle.Please Note: Our classes are next to the Silent Study Area, so please keep noise to a minimum when arriving and leaving.
