The Central Coast Strongman and DNA Strength and Performance are organizing a Novice Powerlifting Competition in Bateau Bay. This event is specifically designed for individuals who are new to the sport of powerlifting and are looking to get involved or simply test their one-rep maxes. The competition will take place on December 16, 2023, at The Entrance Leagues Club. Participants will have the opportunity to compete in different weight classes, including Female - Under 60, Under 75, and Over 75, and Male - Under 80, Under 100, and Over 100.
