Join the Christmas Holiday Break Hockey Camp at the East York Memorial Arena in Toronto from January 2-5, 2024. This camp is designed for beginner and intermediate boys and girls, aged 5-14. Whether your child is just starting out or has some experience, they will benefit from our expert instruction. We even offer goalie instruction for those interested in honing their skills between the pipes.
Participants will enjoy up to four hours of daily ice time, which includes a 45-minute power skating component, as well as puck skills and mini scrimmages. Our instructional days run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with additional supervision available until 3:30 p.m. For your convenience, we offer both full week (4 days) and partial week options.
Please note that partial week registration is only available via emailed forms and e-transfer payment. For exact pricing depending on the number of sessions, please email hkyfuncamp@gmail.com. Full week registration can be completed online on our website, with payment via credit card and processing fees.
Participants are required to bring full hockey equipment and clothing for the indoor gym. In addition, please provide mini-sticks on a daily basis. Snacks, fluids, and lunch should be brought from home.
For those requiring late pickup, regular pickup times are available between 12:00-12:15 p.m. and 3:10-3:30 p.m., except on Friday when pickup times are 10:30-10:45 a.m. and 2:00-3:15 p.m. Additional supervision can be arranged for up to one hour after ice time for $15 per child, per day.
Our staff-to-student ratios are 6:1 on the ice and 10:1 for off-ice activities, ensuring a safe and personalized experience for all participants. Staff are available to assist students with getting changed before and after ice sessions, including tying skates.
