Join the Standish Sixes: Women's Football Tournament hosted by Back to Sport at Standish Leisure Centre in Standish. The event will take place on July 7, 2024, featuring eight teams competing in a 6-a-side football tournament. Each squad can have a maximum of 9 players aged 16 and above. The tournament will include 20-minute games with 5-minute half-time breaks, guaranteeing 80 minutes of football. Winners will receive a trophy, while all players will be awarded medals. Additionally, there will be a Fairplay Award and Player of the Tournament accolades. The matches will be played on a top-notch 3G pitch, following FA rules and officiated by qualified referees. Arrival is at 11:30 am for a briefing at 11:45 am, with matches starting at noon and concluding by 4 pm. Free on-site parking and changing, toilet, and shower facilities will be available.
