CAPZ Together We Create (TWC) invites the community to join them for their 4th annual CAPZ event, scheduled for Saturday, April 26, 12-4 pm. This celebration of graffiti and Hip-Hop culture is designed to engage the community through live painting, music, dance and a variety of other creative activities. Attendees can look forward to live graffiti painting, a student painting competition, family friendly activities, food, and local vendors.
