The 25th Macau Food Festival, held from November 14th to 30th at Macau's Sai Van Lake Plaza, ran for 17 days, featuring approximately 150 food stalls. Chen Zewu, Chairman of the Festival's Organizing Committee, stated that this year's festival will once again exclusively feature local vendors, and plans to continue this format in future festivals to support local businesses.
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Macau Food Festival, a series of "City of Food" events will be held on the ground floor of the Galaxy International Convention Center during the festival. The first event is the Global Chinese Chef Championship, featuring teams from over 40 countries and regions. The second event is the inaugural International Catering Intelligent Equipment Expo, showcasing the latest products, equipment, technologies, services, and innovations in the catering and hotel industries. The exhibition will feature leading domestic and international catering equipment and supplies brands, fostering industry exchange within the global catering supply chain.
