The Progression Paddling V2 session is designed for individuals who have previously attended the SUP Beginner session and are eager to enhance their paddling skills and learn new techniques. This program focuses on gradually advancing your movements, making the experience both realistic and enjoyable. Participants will have the opportunity to explore our training methodology, which covers various aspects such as cardiovascular endurance, stamina, agility, power, balance, safety, and confidence. Additionally, the session includes SUP Progression techniques and a core workout. By mastering these skills, you will be well-prepared to face the challenges that Mother Nature may present during your paddling adventures, ultimately allowing you to derive even more pleasure from the sport. Following the completion of the Progression Paddling session, participants are encouraged to join our regular East Coast Training sessions. Please note that individuals must be at least 16 years old and have successfully completed either the SUP Starter or SUP Beginner course. A minimum of three individuals is required to initiate the session.
