Whittle & Spark Summer Holiday Adventure Days | Dockett Eddy Lane
Aug 6, 2025 (UTC+1)
Shepperton
Monday and Wednesday 5 - 12year olds. Beautiful full days playing and learning woodcraft skills in our gorgeous woodland and meadow.
Join us at Whittle & Spark’s beautiful Willow woodland in Shepperton, to enjoy an adventurous half term out in nature, learning to use tools, carve wood, make fire and craft beautiful things. We'll be playing, learning and getting to know new friends.
Whatever the weather we'll be out exploring and making a luxurious camp in the woods. We come with a programme and materials for the day, from there we include the children's ideas and weave a magic mix of child lead and adult supported play, projects, games, exploration and camp creation.
Each day is different, here are some of the things we do:
Bushcraft
Den building
Lighting fires without matches
Telling stories, maybe we'll tell a tall tale in the den you make!
Campfire cooking
Outdoor crafting. We have lots of colourful wools and string to make anything from dream catchers to bows and arrows.
Wild wide games; capture the flag; Making trails, hiding and tracking
learn to use tools to make things such as pendants and jewellery
Whittling
Minibeast safaris
Playing and exploring
Rope walks
We have a campfire (usually with popcorn or marshmallows to cook - yum!) and your child will have a chance to make something to take home - as well as new friends, muddy clothes and a big smile!
FAQs
What ages do you take?
From age five to twelve. While that seems like a wide spread we are used to having all ages on our events - so long as the children are enthusiastic we find it works!
How many places are available?
We take six children per instructor (max eight to one). That's why we have a waiting list - if there are enough children looking for a place we'll look to get another leader. At shepperton we usually keep the size relatively small at around 10 -16. Our taster half days are 10 children.
Is the whole day spent outside?
Yep. A whole day out in our beautiful woodlands! So bring your waterproofs and warm layers!
What if it rains?
We play in the rain! The day will go ahead whatever the sky throws at us, so it's important to dress for the weather. You'll definitely need waterproof trousers, a waterproof coat, good footwear and (hopefully) a sun hat and sun cream too!
No, but really - what if it rains?
Really! We like to throw up some tarpaulins to shelter under for lunch, but we'll still be out having fun! If the wind is blowing a gale at over 42mph or in overhead thunderstorms we would have to cancel
What do they need to bring?
We'll be outside for the whole day, so they'll need:
Warm layers
A full change of clothes in a waterproof bag inside your backpack
Waterproof footwear, walking boots or wellies with extra warm socks
Waterproof trousers, essential kit
Waterproof coat, essential kit
Outdoor footwear (walking boots or wellies with warm socks)
Packed lunch a big one we get more hungry running around outside all day
Plenty of drink for the day
Mid morning and afternoons snacks
Your own small rubbish bag
Long trousers. no shorts. Protects legs on our adventurous winding paths.
Insect repellant already applied to ankles and anywhere else you need it. optional.
Sunhat and sunblock. Optional.
My child has special needs, can they come?
Please ring us before booking to discuss your childs needs (07928 752707) or use the message button below. We try our best to involve everybody, the nature of the site and the activities may not suit everyone. Children with low levels of autism and dispraxia tend to love the camps. We have limited spaces for special needs on each day. For everyone's safety, we can't accept children with a history of violent behaviour or running away.
Erm...the marshmallows...are they vegetarian? Beef free? Pork free?
Oh yes! We have a selection for everyone's dietary needs (though the veggie marshmallows are a different shape!). Let us know any dietary needs when you book and we'll have something that everyone can cook and eat.

KAP Semi-Private Shepperton - Kundalini Activation Process | Flow to Heal
May 7, 2025 (UTC+1)ENDED
Shepperton
KAP Level 2 Facilitator – Phillippa Gail , Flow To Heal - Trained and accredited directly by the transmission vehicle and founder of KAP, Venant Wong.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------
KAP is a direct kundalini transmission of bio-energy or life-force that activates the awakening of Kundalini. It facilitates a gradual activation while accelerating your kundalini rewiring in a gentle yet powerful way.
Why activate Kundalini?
Once this energy re enters our body and energetic field a process begins to free you from what no longer serves you. You are vibrating higher, from your true authenticity and start living the life that is aligned with your true nature. The veil is lifted.
The transmission of KAP is different from any classic Kundalini practice and goes beyond just kundalini. It’s a descending life force where the energy enters from the top of the crown and works its way toward the root, and eventually activates the kundalini at the root chakras and starts to flow both ways. This creates a more powerful but gradual awakening process than most people have ever experienced and is often described as very natural.
Even though clients might go through deep healing and have strong experiences on a spiritual level, the focus in KAP is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. What matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions.
Clients typically report having deep insights or realisations, strengthened intuition, shifts in perception of reality, more clarity, developed senses, a capacity to feel more deeply, deeper states of consciousness, a sense of purpose, deeper connection to themselves, living with a more open heart, inner knowing, bliss states, experiencing non-dual states or oneness…the list goes on.
It affects every aspect of their lives and results in them making lifestyle choices more suited for them, their health, and their life purpose.
The signature of the KAP lineage and the founder Venant Wong is that practitioners generally go through this awakening while also staying grounded and connected to their bodies and this world.
All are welcome to open classes. From the first exposure anyone from any background can feel the energy and gain the benefits of KAP.
You don’t need to be “spiritual" or have faith in anything in particular. No previous experience in spiritual practices such as meditation or yoga is needed.
What happens?
What is important to remember KAP is the path of surrender, not the path of will. There is a significant difference from other self-willed practices of Kundalini rising. This practice is not about driving kundalini upwards. KAP is a downwards moving energy and a natural and safe process. You will receive exactly what you need and are ready for at this moment in time. KAP is a very powerful and subtle energy work. As in any kundalini practises energetic sensations, vibrations, spontaneous body movement, visual responses, emotional responses and states of bliss are typically observed.
All you need to do is lie down with your eyes closed while some music is played. The facilitator shares the energy channel and with your permission gently presses the belly, forehead and crown. All you do is open and let go. Surrendering and allowing any feelings, emotions or sensations that arise to be expressed and released.
A full explanation of the transmission will be provided.
Semi private KAP at Shepperton has a maximum of four participants.
This can provide a much more intimate session for those who find letting go and the surrender process harder in larger groups.
It can also benefit those people who get distracted by or who are more susceptible to absorbing the energies of others.
During all KAP open classes and KAP semi privates the transmission is provided to the group as a whole as well as time spent with each individual as one-to-one. However semi-private participants will benefit from extra individual focus on their fields due to the smaller ratio of facilitator to participant.
---------------------------------------
LOCATION: Flow to Heal , Shepperton, Surrey. TW17 0BB
Shepperton is a Semi-private setting with a max of 4 participants.

Price: £56 + Booking fee

This is a group activation.
How to prepare.
Wear loose and comfortable clothes.
I provide yoga mats at Shepperton, however you are welcome to bring your own to double up for extra comfort.
I would suggest that you eat only lightly in the morning, if at all.
Perhaps bring some cosy socks and or blanket in colder months.
