Please ensure they attend wearing suitable clothes and bring along a packed lunch and plenty of drinks. PASS can not accept any responsibility for lost/damaged personal belongings. This camp is organised by Physical Activity & Sport Service Neath Port Talbot Council and will be held at Cwmtawe Community School. We are experienced in delivering activities, holiday activities, sporting events and festivals. All activities have current up to date risk assessments and suitable health and safety arrangements in place. For this 2 day sports camp we have the capacity for 45 children per day. All our activities are inclusive however we are not able to provide 1-2-1 or personal care. If your child is usually provided with this support or attends a Special Educational Needs unit in school, we would ask that you contact us to discuss the necessary support before booking. All participants at the camp will be expected to follow the behavioural code of conduct in place. Failure to do so will result in parents/guardians being called to collect the child from the camp. All camps are a first come first served sign up. Be quick to guarantee your place. We look forward to seeing your child at our activity and sport camp.
