It is vital for children to come prepared in appropriate attire, with a packed lunch, and plenty of drinks. While the camp can accommodate up to 30 children per day, it is important to note that individualized care cannot be provided. Parents of children requiring additional support are encouraged to reach out beforehand. All activities adhere to stringent health and safety guidelines, ensuring a secure environment for all participants. The camp operates on a first-come, first-served basis, so securing a spot promptly is recommended. The event will take place at Pontardawe Leisure Centre on May 31, 2024. Please ensure they attend wearing suitable clothes and bring along a packed lunch and plenty of drinks. PASS can not accept any responsibility for lost/damaged personal belongings. This camp is organised by Physical Activity & Sport Service Neath Port Talbot Council and will be held at Cwmtawe Community School. We are experienced in delivering activities, holiday activities, sporting events and festivals. All activities have current up to date risk assessments and suitable health and safety arrangements in place. For this 2 day sports camp we have the capacity for 45 children per day. All our activities are inclusive however we are not able to provide 1-2-1 or personal care. If your child is usually provided with this support or attends a Special Educational Needs unit in school, we would ask that you contact us to discuss the necessary support before booking. All participants at the camp will be expected to follow the behavioural code of conduct in place. Failure to do so will result in parents/guardians being called to collect the child from the camp.
