The 11 Pipers Piping – Virtual is a multi-day race that forms part of our esteemed 12 Days of Xmas races. In view of the current circumstances, the event for 2023 will be available exclusively in a virtual format. This decision was made due to ongoing discussions with the National Trust regarding route consents, which have not yet been finalized. As soon as the necessary consents are obtained, we will promptly offer the actual event. 

Notably, each of the 12 days of this race series boasts its own distinctive medal, making them ideal as Christmas tree decorations. Participants who complete all 12 days will be rewarded with the entire set of medals, ensuring a truly memorable experience. We urge those opting for single-day participation to secure their bookings early, as certain medal types may sell out. By reserving a spot for the First Day of Christmas, for example, participants may receive one of the medals from another day. To avoid any disappointment, we kindly encourage early booking.

We provide participants with the freedom to select their desired distance, ranging from 5k to Ultra. Additionally, we offer various other events as part of our Christmas series, such as 'Partridge in a Pear Tree,' '2 Turtle Doves,' '3 French Hens Run,' and more. Each event has its own dedicated webpage for further details.

The 11 Pipers Piping – Virtual takes place virtually, allowing participants to join in from anywhere in the world at their convenience. We do recommend completing the race on the designated days mentioned above, but we also understand the need for flexibility. To accommodate this, we grant all entries the option to choose a date that suits them best.
