Killington Resort, Darkside Snowboards, and Burton are proud to announce the highly anticipated 10th Annual Slash & Berm Grom Slalom, taking place in the Lil' Stash terrain park at Killington, Vermont. This remarkable event will bring together young snowboarders, aged 13 and under, to showcase their skills and experience the thrill of riding amidst the natural terrain and creative elements that the mountain offers. The 10th Annual Slash & Berm Grom Slalom is not just about the excitement and competition; it is also for a great cause. This year, all proceeds from the event will be donated to the Friends of Rutland Skatepark, an organization dedicated to constructing a concrete skatepark in the city of Rutland. By participating in this event, you can contribute to the realization of this remarkable project. Registration and check-in for the Grom-exclusive day of Slash & Berm will take place on Sunday, March 3rd, at the Ramshead Base Lodge. It is essential that all athletes check-in between 8:00 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. to receive their bibs and be eligible to compete. To ensure a smooth and seamless registration process, please note that an entry fee of $25 will be required for the Grom and Super Grom categories. However, participants will not need a season pass or lift ticket to compete, as $65 competitor tickets will be available for purchase exclusively for competitors who prefer not to hike to the venue in the Lil' Stash. Safety is our top priority, and all participants must wear a properly fastened snow sports helmet throughout the event. Additionally, participants under 18 years old must have a parent or guardian complete an Express Assumption of Risk form.
