Led by artist Lizzie Wheeler, participants will learn the intricate process of carving and printing a one-color linocut, drawing from the diverse flora and fauna of the Knepp estate. Explore designing for lino, carving various marks, and printing on handmade papers without a press. Utilizing oil-based inks for superior results, a spectrum of colors will be at your disposal. No prior experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided; however, it is advisable to wear old clothing or an apron. Individuals aged 12 and above are welcome, with a maximum of 10 participants. Please note that access to both the workshop space and gallery involves steep steps, with no wheelchair accessibility.
