Our check-in was somewhat a bit delayed due to no reservation. The gentleman who served us, Willie, was fantastic. He was able to accommodate us after looking into the booking and requested we discuss the matter with the reservations team the next day. After dealing with my booking agent very early the next morning, we were able to sort the issue out. Apart from the cigarette smell as soon as you enter the hotel lobby and the stench in the lifts, the hotel is perfectly situated in the main town with a couple minutes walk to the ever-bustling market. The room offers splendid views of the waterfront which was absolutely breath taking. I was very impressed with the room especially the cleanliness. If the hotel can somewhat separate the entrance to the hotel and the ****** from the hotel lobby, this will surely lift 'first impression' image of the hotel.

We stayed at the Warwick Le Lagon in July this year and had an amazing time. Our rooms were the Garden View rooms which we loved and would book again. The staff were so lovely and extremely helpful, especially Glenda, Ronald and Annie. We can't wait to come back to see you all. The food was lovely with a different theme every night. One of our family members is Vegan so Ramzy Shibany the Resort Manager made sure that a delicious vegan meal was prepared upon request which was very much appreciated. The water sports area was great, with kayaks, canoes, little catamarans and snorkels, so we got to explore the beautiful lagoon and its many wonders. We couldn't have asked for a more enjoyable family holiday and we can't wait to come back again. The Fontana's

Overall it feels good. The hotel is on the edge of the lagoon and the view is very good. The service staff is very friendly. The room is relatively large, but ants have been seen by the door on the wall. It takes about 10 minutes by car to reach the city center from the hotel.

The moment we walked in the door of Vila Chaumiere, we felt part of Morgan’s family. He could not have showed us more kindness and warmth. On our second night he insisted that we have dinner with him and help him finish off his leftovers from Christmas lunch. We stayed up late talking and laughing, and listening to stories about his life. He introduced us to his sister-in-law, Miriam, who we instantly clicked with and we couldn’t have loved more. She has the most beautiful, infectious personality and the warmest smile. She took us for a tour of the island of Efate and then we caught up again on our last night as friends before flying back home. The accomodation at Vila Chaumiere was so comfortable and peaceful (the views were of the lagoon were idyllic!). But it the people you meet when you travel that really stay with you. I couldn’t speak more highly of our stay, and it was so heartwarming to support a genuine family business. I really hope to be back soon!

The hotel is newly built, including the kitchen and other facilities. We bought the food and cooked it for a few meals, which is more convenient. There is a big supermarket 10 minutes walk nearby, and the price of Port Vila is quite expensive. The hotel has a total of 80 rooms.

I liked this place. Great location only ten minute walk into town, and beautiful views. We were upgraded to the harbourside rooms, but actually would have preferred the poolside as the afternoon sun is too hot at the harbourside rooms. The rooms are basic but clean. The air con worked well. The pool is nice and the bar restaurant area is very pleasant with options to be on the sand. The restaurant was okay but not great. The included breakfast was basic. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Overall the price was okay in comparison to other options and if I returned to Port Vila, I would stay here again.

No hurricanes were raging. Tourists are everywhere. It's just that many scenic spots are not yet open, so the flight is very cheap now. Very close to the city center, just a short walk. The staff are friendly and trustworthy. The price here is very cheap, most of the food costs only ten dollars. The local chefs are amazing. Return to the room as soon as possible after cleaning, and you can bring your own drinks and food if you want. Everything is very accommodating. The pool is great, sunbathing and reading areas abound. Jack and Janelle are the directors and they know a lot about the local area and can book everything for you. I'm already planning my next vacation here.

One disadvantage is that it is located on the main road and is very noisy at night. Wa people go to bed very late at night, wake up very early in the morning and speak loudly. There is no possibility that they will noisy other people's consciousness. I heard someone talking loudly until 3 o'clock in the evening, and it was very noisy outside at 6 o'clock in the morning. It is not suitable for travelers who like to sleep quietly at night. There is also a poor hotel service. There is a guest reception room downstairs in the hotel for check-in and check-out matters. It says that there will be reception from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and call for service the rest of the time. As a result, I did not check in at 4 o'clock in the evening, there was no one in the reception room, the door was locked, and no one answered the service phone, so I could not contact Ctrip to solve it. The hotel called me until a quarter past five in the evening, saying that someone was there and I could check in. Checked out in the morning and asked the receptionist. The service is great, the breakfast is ok, there are a lot of fresh fruits, you can eat enough Just to go out, if you are not driving yourself, you have to take a taxi. It ’s more expensive to take a taxi from this hotel. Other places in the city are 1000 watts. This hotel is almost 2000 watts. It's better to drive by yourself, but driving here is more casual.
