Checked in front desk attendants was rude. Went into room and first thing I noticed was a roach in the shower, and later two on night stand. Half of the lights in the room did not have light bulbs in them. Heat and air unit did not work properly only heated on full blast and would make a awful loud sound every ten minutes roughly when made sound it shut the tv off. pulled out the bed in the couch and there was a sheet with a big yellow stain in the middle of it and smelt horrible. Went down in morning for breakfast and it was crowded, no room yet if you try to walk away they chase you down to charge you ten dollars for leaving the six tables sitting there, as i was sitting eating there was two women next to us, and they had their dogs sitting right next to them feeding them the breakfast food from table, as they got up coughing i overheard them mention their covid test, next thing my wife and i know during stay we are sick and tested positive for covid and quarantined in horrible room fort ten days which hotel management did not do anything for my unpleasant hotel experience, then when i went to check out they kept my one hundred dollar cash deposit claiming there was a dirty towel yet when i left i handed my towels to the maids in the hall and carried my trash out, so i do not know where the tall blonde front desk attendant got the towel with whatever on it. Also there was an older attendant at night that was very unappropriate and rude more than most. This was the most horrible three and a half week stay in a hotel ever, also the hotel store where they sell pops, candy, some food, etc., they mark up over 200%!!!! the day time front desk clerk with blonde hair talks down like he is way better than everyone even to customers!! They also charge extra per person over two in room so not sure about how that works with children.

I booked a reservation for a 2 night stay and not one time while staying here did i have a problem with any of the staff members let alone everyone that was also staying here. They stay on top of keeping the everything clean. Anytime i would have a problem with something, I would have certain questions that i need to ask, if they would see that im struggling with certain things ( my luggage dropping on the floor, if my hands are overflowing an would need help with a extra pair of hands etc ) they would always be there to assist me. If there’s a time where i would feel that my safety could possibly be in jeopardy, they would walk with me all the way to my room makinf sure that ive gotten to my room safely and make sure that nobody was following me / know what room im in. The meals for breakfast would always be made fresh an not anywhere close to being expired. I would refer this hotel to anyone and everyone if they was in need of looking for a room.

My husband and I stayed here on our way from Nebraska to Texas. I really liked the floor plan of the room. It flows nicely and gives each side privacy. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the bed and the comfort of the mattress and the duvet. The air conditioner works well but the fan would not continue to circulate. The lighting is nice with lots of options. They had great customer service, I'm sure everyone tries their best. Even when calling days later they resolved my credit card issues. But that's about where it stops. The BREAKFAST was OK… Wish there were more options for fruit and fresh pastries. The eggs are not real and there was no meat besides the sausage gravy. Even the waffles are packaged. Upon entering the ROOM there was a huge stain on the carpet that was still sticky. We chose to wear our shoes instead of changing rooms. The hot water for the tub ran out before it was even full. I don't think the bathroom exhaust fan works. There was still moisture in the bathroom eight hours later with it running. The freezer in the kitchenette was dripping all over my items in the fridge and there was water spilling out. Our main reason for stopping here was for both of us to use their FITNESS room after driving for nine hours. Unfortunately only one of the two treadmills worked. It was ridiculously hot in there because the fan on the wall does not operate. There was also no water in the dispenser provided. However the treadmill that did work is a nice one and it's nice that they provide towels. I know that seems like a lot of complaints but for the price I paid, I'd still come back here and be able to overlook the negatives.

I stay here at this location about once or twice a month. Room is always clean. I prefer the accessible rooms as they are closer to the office. Checkout is quick and the hostess coffee cake and microwavable breakfast sandwich are not bad at all!! Sometimes checking in can be on the slower side (depending on who's at the desk), but overall--a decent stay for the money that's why I keep coming back.

We came to Tulsa for a family wedding and booked here. The front desk staff and housekeeping were extremely friendly. We like that they have full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the shower. The room was extremely clean. While walking past an open door where they were cleaning out a room someone checked out of they were cleaning every inch of the inside of the refrigerator as well as the outside! Our only complaint was the food service person talked on her cell phone the entire time we were at breakfast and people had to keep asking for food to be refilled . The second morning, she stayed off the phone and the food was well stocked.
