Surprisingly big room with a nice view! I found it quiet with a huge king bed and powerful air conditioning. The TV was quite good too which makes a change for some Thai hotels. The airport shuttle was really helpful! It only runs at 4 times of day though so definitely check beforehand if you plan on using it (from memory the earliest in the morning was 9am.) It's a bit further out than most airport hotels so a Grab actually was a bit pricier than expected. If it weren't for the airport shuttle matching my flight time then I would've been disappointed, because the cost of a Grab both ways would've added a lot onto the price of the hotel

Very near Suvarnphumi Airport. I’m arrived Thailand on late night. Good location and nice staff. They need to get deposit by cash around 1000THB. So you need to take some cash go.

Had to say they fulfilled my requirement of getting a room on the top floor of the building, which was a nice touch of nature, and you will get a wake-up call from birds Singing every morning outside of the balcony. It is not the biggest accommodation in the area, but you will enjoy a nice view of the city, including friendly service, the room is very clean and comfortable. Room is pretty good, clean, and spacious. I booked including breakfast (service 6:00-10:00). The food has not much variety but tastes great. however, I went there around 9:00. 20% of the food was out, but the hotel did not refill it. Location is quite far from the BTS station.

Perfect for traveller who has a late flight or early flight. We arrived late at the night and got a shuttle there in less than 10 mins. Breakfast starts from 3am to 10am. Hotel is big with nice swimming pool

When I stayed in this hotel, it was raining or cool season in Thailand. This hotel is considerate about the guests. Each mosquito-repellent container can be seen placed along the corridor to repel the mosquitoes, hence ensuring safety and well-being of guests. There is also the business centre to print black and white documents. When staying in this hotel, do not forget to taste its restaurant's delicious Pineapple Fried Rice during dinner and learn new skill in eating Thai food. The hotel is the perfect place for plane-spotting. On its rooftop swimming pool area, its fitness centre, room bathroom and along the corridors, plane-spotters can appreciate and hone their skill in spotting aircraft landing and taking off in different directions from 7 am to 7 pm daily. Overall, it is a learning experience for me and I will stay here again.

I am grateful to Siam Mandarina Hotel for allowing me to carry out plane-spotting from 10 am to 5 pm on its terrace garden, which opens from 6 am to 8 pm. I like the room allocated to me as there is the panoramic view of Suvarnabhumi's runway and I am very happy when I see an aircraft arriving on the runway. To see aircraft taking off to the sky during winter, stand at the Terrace Garden ideally. I will stay here again if necessary for plane-spotting purpose.

The Amaranth is about 15mins away from the main BKK airport, so it’s away from Bangkok city, but perfect for a layover. I was very impressed with the kind service from reception and the concierge, the cleanliness of the room and facilities, and lovely resort-like layout of the hotel and its gardens. I certainly slept very well in the room, as the bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, thanks to the black-out curtains. The food at breakfast had a buffet selection of Asian and Western dishes, including fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, pancake station, noodles, fried rice, coffee/tea, etc. For a hotel, I found the food very satisfactory. In the afternoon, I visited the Ma Spa for a 60min oil massage. It was absolutely glorious and worth every bit of the TBH 1720 (incl. tax).

Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .

We stayed two nights in December 2023. It's website site proclaims 5 stars, but it is a 1 star in my opinion. First off, the bathroom had no hot water while there, so we were forced to take cold showers. The water pooled in the shower because there was some kind of drain problem. It resembles and old hospital in the hall ways. Our window views were of a burned out building next door. The building on the left looked unfinished. Almost all of the customers are Chinese. The elevators are old and slow. The staff were very nice dealing with what they could. The a/c was mediocre and no window screen, so we had to keep it closed. The bed was decent, as were the sheets and pillows. The room is large, but it is very marginal in fit and finish. They have a nice convenience store right next door for snacks and a hot pot restaurant in the parking lot that was tasty. Parking was good and they have a barber shop next door. The area is industrial in nature. The breakfast buffet was not good and got charged at a price triple what was offered. Most of the restaurants were located far away, as were the malls. All in all, I would not book it again, regardless of the price.

Sometimes the service alone can make an accommodation worth a 5-star rating. This was the case with the O2 Luxury Hotel. I arrived to the property and was greeted kindly by the staff. Although everyone was wearing a mask, I could feel their smiles. I was happy to be assisted with my luggage and check-in was very prompt. The hotel has a convenient location near shopping and massages less than a minute away. The highlights of my stay were Coco, the amazing concierge (you might as well call him the Google of “All Things Thailand”) and all of the front desk staff. I was especially impressed they were able to book a dinner cruise for me when the majority of the reservations were closed. If you care about your interactions with the staff, chose to stay at O2 Luxury!

Do not stay here, I implore all my fellow travellers! It’s imperative you heed my advice or suffer the same consequences! This is actually just a typical local Thai apartment converted into a so called “Hotel” for unsuspecting tourists. Hence, it’s totally void of any hospitality services. You can order room service from their restaurant and the rude staff will tell you to personally go down to collect the food from the restaurant and bring it up yourself or to eat in the restaurant with the additional service charges! Because she’s too lazy to provide room service. Housekeeping is not available every day and forget about calling them to clear the rubbish in your room because they just don’t turn up! I book with Agoda and the price was 531 baht but they insisted that I should pay them the 690 baht rate! When I refused, the part-time manager from Malaysia who is also staying in the hotel behaves like a Thug. He enlisted the help of 3 security guards to threaten and intimidate me even when I did not do anything but insisted for an explanation from them on the double standard pricing for the locals of 500 baht and for tourists is 690 baht!? All these terrible service attitudes from the staffs is the reflection of this unprofessional part-time repugnant manager from Malaysia. He is also a two face fiend. Firstly, he said he will get back to me on the pricing but the next moment he had 3 security guards coming for me! He then disappeared like a coward. I had to leave the place immediately for fear of my safety from one of the security threatening me with bodily harm. They refused to allow me to call for Police but instead took it upon themselves to manhandle me! I left in a flurry when they threw my bags out of the hotel! Such obnoxious attitude towards Hotel guests who refused to accommodate to their demands. Seems the guests have to appease them and not vice versa. Room 602 Eric.

We love the cosy ambience of Koon Hotel. We travelled in a big group of 14 and they accommodated our request to stay on the same floor. The room was comfortable and nice, bathroom was small but sufficient. We love the cafe and restaurant within the hotel. Breakfast spread was decent and delicious. Pool and fitness gym was rather small but good enough for a quick workout. Only thing is you will need to arrange for a cab to bring you to places, as the BTS station is not within walking distance. But there is a 7-11 convenience store beside the hotel, useful for getting your supplies and snacks. Highly recommended, hope to return again in future. A hotel with great service, about ten minutes walk from the MRT station. Extra points for having a bathtub in the room The room type we booked is fully booked. Thank you for upgrading us to a room type. Although the breakfast is ordinary, it has Thai and Western food, which is OK. This is the hotel I would like to stay in next time I come to Bangkok👍👍

Clean, simple modern hotel. Decent sized rooms. Really good air conditioning that cools the room down fast. Let down by breakfast, as the hot food is left to get cold, which is both unhygienic and unappetising. They will microwave it for you if you want, but the best choice of hot food is eggs, as they are cooked for you, not left out for hours. You can make toast too. There are only 2 WiFi access points per floor, so you can expect very poor internet unless you get one of the rooms next to an AP, or unless you have a portable router to put in the bathroom to act as a repeater.

I recently stayed at Marigold Hotel Bangkok, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The staff speaks English at the reception, and are definitely helpful. The room are still in good shape but the cleaning in the bathroom might be improved. The 2 aspects that are impacting negatively my review are the following: - free mini-bar for the first night, just check-out the photo, it's a fake promotion - the breakfast is at this moment a pure scam as well. Probably due to covid, they can't make a buffet and it is fully understandable, but the customer should informed up front what it will be: a plate and a all-in-one dehydrated coffee. If I knew, I'll not include it. Anyway...

This is a great hotel that is out near the factories in Bangkok. It was perfect for a quick overnight and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is relatively biased, but the owner is very sincere, sometimes the temporary network can not reach the car, rainy days to the road to stop the car. Some room types open three people, more flexible, suitable for the whole family or business people to travel more. It would be better if the pool could be used to salvage insects every day.

This hotel has great facilities. It just needs some love and attention. The pool was great, the gym was excellent, and quite spacious. There was no drinking water available at the gym, though. The A/C was switched off and hence, it was super hot when I entered the gym. The location of the hotel was the biggest problem. There were no shops or restaurants close by. It's far from the city and closer to the airport which we knew. The reception was very difficult to reach and had to inform them or call them several times to get things done. Even though, they say it's a free shuttle. it's quite hard to get any communication from the reservations for pickup from the airport. Then, the breakfast, it was quite average and there were just too many bugs are worms crushed to death by the customers walking around. it was quite disgusting. The fruit section was completely left open and bugs and fruit flies were lying on it. All they had to do was just cover them. Hopefully, they take this feedback constructively and improve.

I will be totally honest here. My 2nd visit as I needed to be close to BKK airport. The hotel is brand new. Very clean, great rooms, nice showers, amazing beds, and pillows. If you don't need anything you will be fine. If you need to order, have any questions, Food delivery, grocery delivery, or anything g related that needs speaking English, you're in trouble So positives, very clean, brand new and close to the airport. Also the pool looked great. The issues: Huge teething issues No staff training or even the right staff. 90% of visitors are foreign as you would imagine. Noone speaks any English. No Google translate. Checking is painful, checkout even more painful. If you call from the room its impossible. Now I'm no diva, just calling reception to ask for our luggage or if grab delivery has arrived. Mission impossible. No AC around hotel. So it really humid. AC in rooms left off so takes 1 hour to cool. Unbelievably hot. I landed at midnight so arrived at 1am. My booking on Agoda was confirmed for my days but they had wrong days. So I had to pay again. Just don't need this afte travel. So after checking in at 1am I left at 13:00 the next day. Instead if telling me or calling when I checked out they chatged me the full rate whole day for 1 hour. To me that's pretty bad in a hotel that's empty, brand new and looking at customer happiness. So all the rest you can live with it's OK. The last part on check out for me was u real. This is a guy who is President for the 3rd largest hotel group in the world. Poor standards in my opinion. You just don't do that without notice or confirmation. So just be aware. A comfortable stay for sure. But has its issues on customer service. Its just not there. I'm sure the staff have never worked in a hotel or hospitality before. Maybe a recruiting competency is hospitality exposure and speak some English

If compared between Singapore If it's considered different floor, the room here as a whole, in the picture, is promoted with the actual place, not exactly the cover, there are ants and the water is not hot, according to the budget or not, but if other places compare the price is the same, 24,500 -25,500 or 26,000 recommended from the heart Go somewhere else, don't detain here. For business trips, there is a small supermarket downstairs of the hotel which is very convenient. There are many taxis in front of the hotel, and the drivers don't know how to charge you. There are many small restaurants about 200 meters straight from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast is cooked to order, and the breakfast guy's attitude is very, very good.

Simple hotel. Rooms: large room. Lighting is not optimal. Reading lamps next to bed are not available. Air conditioning is quite noisy but can be well regulated. It has a water cooker but neither coffee nor tea in the room. The rooms are clean. The balcony cannot be really used because of the dubble. Moreover, the street noise is very unpleasant.
