It was my first time here in Hua Hin and I could say that I chose the right hotel. Good location. Good service and good breakfast as well.

Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin is located at Khao Tao Beach, good location, convenient transportation. Best Western Plus Carapace Hotel Hua Hin is a recently opened hotel. I must say that this place is a very responsive. For family lines, groups of friends and people with small pets Because there are 380 rooms, divided into 10 Room Types and there is also a children and adults water park, a beachfront pool and a beach cafe. Meet the needs of all types of customers. This time, I stayed at the Deluxe Pool Terrace, a room on the ground floor of the building. This room is similar. Pool Access is different in front of the balcony, there is a seating area, aside from the space to have a walking area into the pool. It is quite safe for families with young children and quiet for couples. Or people who want Private relaxation The first part of the room is a wardrobe, mini bar corner, tea and coffee. The sliding door is closed and open between the bedrooms. to increase privacy The bedroom is decorated in a comfortable color tones to relax. At the end of the patio, there is a TV, a living sofa and a work desk. and the walkway to the pool

The Lapa has a quite unique location, right next to the new BluPort mall. Free parking in front of the hotel. The rooms are amazing, murals on the walls, brightly coloured tiles in the very modern bathroom. Showers tall with lots of space. Very comfortable beds, fridge and safe deposit box in the room. A kettle with coffee and tea provided. It's a really cozy room, with a sitting area at the window. Very clean and freshly painted. Breakfast was good, nice extra is freshly blended fruit juice, which you can chose at a little stall. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we met people travelling with their cats and a couple who brought 2 Yorkshire terriers. Unfortunately they yapped for while whilst the owners went for dinner, but all quiet at night 😊 A really nice place to stay, if you have a car it's not far from the beach or the Cicada Market.

Pools are okay. Our room was located not at he main building. There is a short wait for the golf cart service if you want to go to the main building like during breakfast. the room was modern, though when we requested to make up the room, they did not really cleaned everything. Floor was not thoroughly cleaned, coffee mugs and teaspoons were left uncleaned. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

There is a night market nearby, but unfortunately it is across the railroad tracks and you have to go the long way around. At the water park, my child could not use the floatation ring I brought. I wish they would at least let us use the type of floats that attach to our arms. The rooms are clean and the children like the playful bunk beds.

Dry good experience here. It was our 4-5th time visiting Amari huahin. The location is so so but the service quite great. This time I just known that the best club belong to the hotel is our office service due to non-negotiated with the land owner.

The hotel has created relaxing and slow-down vibes for every guest staying there. I stayed 10 nights and I've never got bored walking in the huge lovely garden. The singing of birds is cheerful and crisp. I love all the details of the eco-friendly facilities including clothes hangers and toilet paper holders. It's a very quiet and peaceful place. I love the long corridor from the front desk to the pavilion. The long seaside path just outside the hotel is ideal for jogging. All the facilities are well-maintained. You can get everything you expected for a quiet and relaxed vacation. The breakfast has many kinds of bread selection. All the staff is very helpful and kind. I'd like to express my special thanks to PA and AOY. Thanks for your kind support during my stay. I will be back in the future.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and were pretty happy, the room was clean & comfortable, and the employees available to help us to book a bus to go back to Bangkok. We also rented a scooter from them for 300 baht per day. Location is good enough is you have a scooter! I recommend this place!

We love this hotel and always return. The receptionists and other staff are always welcoming. The building is beautifully laid out and very tastefully decorated. We love in particular the wooden balustrades and furniture. The rooms are sufficiently spacious and amply furnished and cleanliness is clearly a priority. The hotel's location, close to the main malls, is also a big plus not to mention its onsite parking and lovely swimming pool. What more can one ask for the price?

Came here for a company outing, and the hotel staff made our stay exceptional. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and well-cared for. Highly recommend for a memorable experience!

The Hotel is beautiful with lovely well maintained grounds positioned on the sea front. It is certainly of a standard that is hard to beat. The staff have obviously been very well picked to provide a good friendly service throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and to a high standard with both western and Thai food and the restaurant was positioned by the pool on the sea front. There are several bars in the grounds and a fully furnished gym with dressing rooms, lockers and shower facilities. There are bungalows on the premises plus larger blocks with very well presented modern rooms with excellent showers and good quality wash products. There is also a nice balcony complete with 2 chairs and table. The beds are comfortable with good linen and the lovely thick towels were changed twice daily. Air conditioning was good also and for once there was no problem with the door keys which you find in some hotels. The lifts were quick which was good as we were on the 6th floor. The pool area has many comfortable sun loungers of different types and seats which are also on the grass plus positioned around the pool. The pool itself however was not as large as it first appeared to be. You need to enter the pool very carefully as there are no hand rails and the steps are slippy. Half of the pool is taken up by the steps so there is only half to actually swim in. There are 3 steps then a gap of 3 feet so you think you have reached the bottom but then more steps which are hard to see as the tiles are all blue. This is a fantastic Hotel however and we will certainly be returning.

First time in Hua Hin and this Hilton. Although it’s slightly old, it’s still well maintained and has everything you need. They provides Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. Location is convenient with 7-11, lots of eateries and massage centers. Love the view from our room. Pool is great. The breakfast has a good inerntaitonal spread. Staff are friendly and courteous.

One of the best resorts in Hua Hin. It's a five stars due to close to everything, especially the beach. If you're a beach lover and want to sun tan...this is the resort for you! The room is clean. The housekeeper clean my room twice a day. The staff are friendly... they greet you whenever they see you. There is also a free shuttle to the night market, Hua Hin Beach, or place that is close by. The snacks and drinks in the room are free and also free refill. The downside is the breakfast foods. There are many choice of foods, but the foods are more like western foods. I was expecting that there will be more Thai's foods and dessert. I will return to this resort, but will not do the breakfast package. Overall....it's a beautiful stay!!!

Had an amazing stay at the Movenpick. Rooms were spacious and service was awesome. Staff were amazing and food at both restaurants was really nice. The only negatives were; the hotel is not close to town or restaurants and the free shuttle only had 3 time slots per day into town (2pm, 7pm and 10pm). Our deluxe pool view room was amazing & had all the amenities one needed. Loved the little details that the housekeepers did to the room (essential oils each day in oil burner, closing curtains at night and a little tidy up of rubbish each afternoon) nothing was an issue. Loved that they also had a little buggy that could take you roud the resort if you didn’t want to walk from restaurants to rooms. If you want a relaxing quiet time get away, the movenpick is a great choice.

Beautiful hotel, located right on the beach. Plenty of activities for families and couple to do. The staff are very friendly and approachable. Highly recommend staying here.

Love the spa ,, Miss May at the Spa is very friendly and gentle. Highly recommended Value for money ! The cat at the lobby is so cute (her name is breakfast) meow.. the staff from front to the spa they are so friendly ,, the room is ocean view with reasonable price compared with large chain hotel you can get only garden view with this price.

If your looking for a Paradise Lost Hotel / Vacation then I would recommend trying this hotel. Obviously a historical property so if you are looking for usb ports in every corner of the room, then this hotel is not for you. However that said this property earns its 5 star rating from the GM down, yes it's people who make a good hotel a great hotel and this is a GREAT HOTEL. Witnessed the GM interfacing with guests every morning during breakfast then during his morning/afternoon walks around the property. Key Points 1.Location,Location, location. Downtown / beach front. 2. Good QUALITY BREAKFAST. 3. House keeping excellent with evening turndown service. 4. Four onsite pools with lots of accessible beach furniture. 5. Don't miss ha ING a tea or coffee in the hotel museum coffee SHOP. PS. The cakes are to die for....lol!!! Finally a big shout out to all the wonderful staff who made us most welcome.

My wife and I are retired full time travelers. This is a quiet, boutique resort that used to be a six senses. It’s about 30 ish min south of Hua Hin. Although ocean side, not a beach resort, there is a sea wall and road Oceanside. That said, it’s quaint, the villas are nicely appointed, the villa pool, in our case a 2 br villa suite, was quite large, clean, extremely private. It was an extremely great place to decompress from Bangkok and large time change. Highly suggest going to praya Nakhon cave, truly spectacular. Big call out to a local restaurant, that is off the path, but a quick tuk tuk away, aptly called “very good” restaurant. They are being humble, it’s great, and extremely reasonable. Go. They will come fetch you there and back just to eat there. 5 min away. Resort was less than half capacity, main pool was empty yet didn’t go due to quality and size of villa pool. Great treatment as titanium. Not all that much to do locally, but a worthy few day stay. In our case 5 days and we were quite happy with it. Thank you to all staff, amazing hospitality and graciousness. Gym, small but adequate, didn’t ever see anyone in there but us. Breakfast buffet was always very fresh, good in size, not huge but again, small resort and half capacity. We were very satisfied overall.

This is not Hua Hin. It takes half an hour to get there by taxi. The fare is about 400 baht. You can tell the front desk and they will help you call a taxi to Hua Hin. I didn't go because the hotel is quiet enough for vacation. The room with pool view has a small pool when you open the door. Breakfast is made to order. There are Thai, Western and Moroccan breakfasts. The variety is simple and filling. There is a 7-11 at the door of the hotel, which is very convenient. There are few rooms and few people, so it is suitable for vacation. Don't go on a half-day tour. Vacation is to go from a place where you are tired of staying to a place where others are also tired of staying, and be in a daze and let go of your worries.

If anything or all are on request, MUST inform it clearly. 5. Re-use in-room slippers : by your property level, you should not use re-use in-room slippers. Furthermore, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my recent stay at your resort. The level of professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care exhibited by your staff members exceeded my expectations and made my experience truly memorable. I would like to specifically recognize Khun Khae, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is shady, quiet, suitable for relaxation. We booked 2 rooms for 1 night, 2 rooms on the 3rd floor, clean room, cool air conditioner, very suitable for relaxation. The front staff named Khun Pla is cute, likes when smiling and serving us. With friendly eyes, we recommend this place if you are not stuck on the subject. old hotel structure

The hotel is next to the sea, the entrance to the parking lot is confused. There are few parking spaces, if full, must park along the footpath. The staff at the reception are good, smiling. The corridor to the room is very far, the hotel atmosphere is shady, there are many trees, no sea view because the trees are covered. The room is very old, the bed, wardrobe, the curtain has a lot of dust, the bathroom has a lot of stains, the water flows slowly. There is no water in the room. One bottle Breakfast has not many choices, taste and quality are enough. There are 2 swimming pools. Pool next to the sea, good atmosphere

First night sleep in our travel south. While the trip started with clear sky it was heavy storm exactly once we arrived at the hotel. They were waiting for us as we were the only guests. Entrance is in the back of the hotel - little walk from car park. Entrance landscape is beautiful. The hotel is old. You can see that owners are trying to add some ”life” to it but skipped doing some serious renovation - so the room itself is very basic. Very few of the room have good view to the sea as the hotel building is behind the few Villa of the front. WIFI = good Swim Pool - nice - on the main road but face the sea. Breakfast was set menu - it was ok - served with smile Good price value

Travel according to GPS The entrance is a bridge, the condition is very scary, I don't dare to go up and wait for what to do. Saw another car driving halfway and drive back down Understand that the bridge would vibrate a lot And it was true because later trying to walk up and stand on the bridge. There is a van passing by slowly. Can drive through, but the bridge is shaking very much Like this is not better risk. I don't want to enter this bridge, I have to drive around him to another way which is very far away. After traveling, come back to read the reviews. Met a lot of people complaining about this Until wondering why not recommend customers about traveling Many years have been the same As for the accommodation The bungalow is quite old. When reading the accommodation details Said that there is a mini bar and coffee machine in the room. But it appears that there is only a refrigerator with 2 bottles of drinking water. Other things are not as mentioned, the air conditioner is not cold, the floor is not clean. Breakfast has 3 choices only: American Bay. Breakfast, seafood porridge, pork porridge, children, the only food is Children Pork Porridge If you want something else, you have to buy more. Not much But have been to other places Cheaper Breakfast is also a buffet that can be eaten by both children and adults. The worst is a lot of mosquitoes. Go out for a walk Fly the whole island very fierce and hungry. To walk into the accommodation, you have to close the door. Because it flew into the accommodation for ten (and still hiding in the bag to come home as well) is a very mosquito that bites and itchy. Itchy for several days, so I won't lose it. The advantage is that the accommodation is next to the sea, the view is good, natural, just like other things.

The service is very good and responsive to all requests. The swimming pool is of suitable depth. There is also a children's pool of 1.5 meters. The beach is right outside the door. However, we didn't go to the beach much. We basically stayed in the hotel, went out for massages, and took the children to swim in the afternoon. It was very comfortable for the whole family. Someone cleaned up after breakfast, and the bowls were cleaned every day. My parents were very satisfied.

An absolute hidden gem! I stayed here partly on business and my 5 night stay turned out to be a real highlight at the end of a longer trip. Located on the beach, it was very peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was superb and the one evening meal I had was also fabulous. As a very last minute stop, Praseban is idyllic with a great pool and lovely sea views. Practical advice: Thoroughly recommend renting a scooter/car for the area and although the small town to north (5-10 mins) is ok in the evening, I'd much rather recommend heading south along the coast road, past the small mountain (at the end of the beach you can walk to in 10-15 mins) and then along the beach road. A great 20-30 min ride with plenty of eateries along the way. Scooters can be rented from the nearby kite surf school (also recommended), as well as the restaurant View Moon down the road. The room was great (a standard twin on the first floor), it had a great side sea view which was practically a normal sea view given the smallness of the hotel. This would leave me to suggest that the sea fronted rooms, which are a pretty big increase in cost, are perhaps not quite as good value as the other rooms. The staff were also a highlight here and will be happy to listen to any feedback, issues or requirements you'll have. Can't recommend staying here on stop to/from Bangkok.

My stay at this resort was fine until I found out that no tour guide or company would take you to Kui Buri National Park from the resort. The resort will take you but the price of 4,500 baht on top of the 3,500 baht I had to pay the guide I met at the park meant visiting the park once cost 225$. Fine, I paid the price but do not stay here if you're planning to visit the national park. That's not why I'm leaving this review though. I'm leaving this review because of this resorts disrespect to me as a customer. Upon leaving they organized a car to take me to Bangkok. It was 5,500 baht so 155$ and would be a 3 hour and 45 minute drive according to my phone and computer when I checked just before leaving the hotel. I told the hotel manager where I wanted to be dropped off, a pier in Bangkok to take a boat to my hotel on the other side of the river (the hotel can only be accessed by boat). The manager assured me he would explain the drop off to the driver. 3 hours go by and we're on the outskirt of the city, perfectly on time, but then the taxi starts going the wrong way. He gets on a highway going the opposite direction I need to go. I try to explain to him that he's going the wrong way but he doesn't speak English. I show him my phone map pointing to where he needs to go and he refuses. I call the hotel, they tell me to call back another time. I say no that they need to explain to my cab driver he not going where I want. The hotel worker doesn't speak good English so now I'm talking to two people who don't understand me. The driver starts going on an insane routes, seemingly deliberately going into terrible traffic as we drive by other roads that are empty. I manage to figure out which pier he's taking me to and I keep telling him no and the name of the correct pier but he doesn't understand or just refuses. over 2.5 hours later we reach the pier. a 3 hour and 45 minute cab ride ended up taking over 6 hours. This is when the disrespect starts. I call the hotel and the manager is having his day off so they tell me to call back Tomorrow. The next day I email them asking for a refund on this terrible cab ride. no response. I email again the next day. no response. I email a third time and no response. after 3 days and 3 emails I then call and they immediately know who I am and why I'm calling so they've been reading my emails and deliberately not writing me back. They tell me that yet again the manager is busy and to call another day. The next day I finally get an email expressing apology and explaining how they won't give me a refund because it's the taxi company's fault not the resort. They tell me they'll give me a free ride to Kui Buri if I come back to the resort as compensation. WHAT A JOKE! I live in America and who knows if or when I'll ever come back to Thailand, let alone to that part of Thailand. I take them offering me a free ride to the national park if I come stay with them again as basically saying ”sorry we screwed up but we don't care

Planning our family trip since covid 19 is getting better in Thailand. During reservation, I was very impressed of the way their staff try to up selling their rooms and very helpful. The day of check in was Friday, bellman was not assist me to offload my luggage from car. Reception asked us to take a sit as they are taking care another guest. By observing them finishing their guest, we are still not been call to check in. I decided to walked and ask are they (2 staffs in counter) FREE to check us in? We are lucky that they have room for us about 1pm, thanks to rooms available and hotel staff kindness. Welcome drinks was served after I demanded during checked in. Checked in to our room Hawaii 104 , very spaces room at living rooms, tv at wrong place cause sofa at wrong place. No place for us to hang out tower, balcony area was smell cigarette due to maintenance staff office was below us and always smoke there. Next day morning we went breakfast at 6.30am but unfortunately no one attended to us. Egg station was ready at 7am and same goes some special counter which need staff to standby. Our room was told will be attend after 4pm (Dhevan’s standard) but lastly no one came until late and we need to call several time to asked them to refill our daily mineral water. TV channel was very poor signal, not much choice, WiFi not strong. We facing loud sound from the bar and restaurant area late night, hotel’s guest sing karaoke and chat very loud aabout 12midnight after they finished their drinking session I supposed. Can’t really blame hotel cause was their guest. Told our kids that we will not come again but they really have have beautiful beach in front of their swimming pool area.

The Best Hotel in Prachuap Khiri Khan (Klongwan beach; ”At T Boutique hotel” :  Modern, stylish bedrooms, full facilities, swimming pool,  and fitness situated by the sea and fascinating surroundings.   At T Boutique hotel has 4 room types; Deluxe room, Deluxe sea view room, Family room, Sea view suite room.   We stayed in a Deluxe sea view room (61.95 sq.) which features a huge and comfy bedroom with a LED starlight ceiling, a big bathroom, a large balcony with a private Jacuzzi, and stunning views of the swimming pool and Klongwan beach.  The hotel features a Thai restaurant ”At T Terrace Restaurant” with an absolutely amazing sea view. The food is also super yummy! We sampled and recommend! Crabmeat and basil leaves with yellow curry. Fresh prawn stir fry with asparagus and oyster sauce  Mixed seafood with glass noodles spicy salad  Pork loin stir fry with garlic   The local Thai food at T Terrace restaurant is very delicious, I really loved the Crab curry, so spicy!   For breakfast, the hotel serves a buffet (Due to Covid19 everyone has to wear a mask and plastic gloves when you get food from the buffet line) I like Thai food, fried rice, and pork curry. They have coffee, bakery items, a variety of local fresh fruits.  We checked out from the hotel and went to ”Wat PraMahathadchedi Pakdeeprakad” a beautiful example of Thai architecture right by the sea at Bangsaphan Prachuap Kirikhan. This wat is a wonderful place to see Elegant Buddha statues and pay your respects. Prachuap Khiri Khan is one of the westernmost provinces of Thailand. The sea is a majestic beauty, the seafood is super fresh I recommended you to try Squids, Mackerel fish, Tiger prawns, Blue crab and etc. A destination that shouldn't be missed. 

It should be a newly opened hotel. The atmosphere is good but the service is still lacking. You have to carry your luggage up to the second floor.

Breakfast, good quality bread There is breakfast to order a variety of menus, the room is good, the bed is soft, there is a swimming pool, there is a kid club, if anyone likes a garden-style resort, recommend it here. The atmosphere is quiet, quiet, chill. There are many places to visit. Come as a family, recommend it.

It is a hotel that I wanted to stay many years ago. But only stopped Hua Hin Pran Or go to Prachuap town so I went to walk for TAT fair several months ago Buying many vouchers is almost expired. So I went to go on weekdays, there were not many people, let's go see the advantages and advice. 1. Deluxe rooms are bigger, wider than standard rooms 2. The bathroom has a spray hose, strong flowing water, warm water 3. Free Wi-Fi. Signal strength is ok But need to update every Hour 4. TV channels 3 and 7, the most clear picture 5. The swimming pool is fairly wide and long, there is a children's pool as well (成人 pool deep 100 and slope 150 meters deep) 5. Good tasting breakfast 6. Wide beach front and can walk a kilometer long way Can jog exercise 7. You can play beach volleyball. (There is a net to share sides) can play football, moul (there is also a gol) 8. Good service staff But she was very tired A little (maybe staying for a long time from the COVID poison) 9. Value for money. Recommendations, better choose a deluxe room. Who has stayed at a five-star, six-star accommodation and expecting a premium service here would not be. Go out in front of the hotel, opposite the accommodation, there is only a grocery store. Can go buy There are cute dogs. Ten Ten and Pocky are in this shop.

I had arrived at Prachuap Khiri Khan without a hotel reservation, so I arranged a room on a walk-in basis. The staff was very professional and friendly and provided me an immediate booking. The room is good sized and clean with a nice bathroom and shower. Bed was a bit hard. The Wi-Fi in the room was not really good at all, so I had to rely on my cellphone as a hub for my laptop. This was a shame because everything else about the hotel is really nice. Oh... the breakfast is great! A huge spread with tons of options for Western tastes and Asian tastes as well. The hotel is about a five minute walk from the seaside area where there is a night market on the weekends. The train station is about a 7-8 minute walk away. For the mini-van station to surrounding areas, the hotel will call a tuk tuk for the 6-7 minute ride.

We were herefor2 weeks and hate to leave. An older hotel in a grand style but everything well maintained and good working order down to the last light switch. The staff are friendly and helpful, the food is excellent in The View with a varied menu and reasonable prices. A million $ view from the private balcony. This is our fourth visit
