The room looks nice. With the king size bed just for myself it was spacious. Shower was alright. The pressure of the shower could have been much better. There is not much toilet amenities, just cotton bud and shower cap provided. No tooth brush or toothpaste or combs. The room was not sound proof at all. You can hear people talking from next door or from outside the room. They refilled water bottles daily which was awesome. Staffs provided excellent service and they can speak good English as well.

We stayed here en route to Koh Lanta as we just arrived in Thailand from a long flight from Canada. This is a great no frills basic hotel for a short visit to Krabi town. The location is excellent as it's close to the night market and all the downtown attractions including the river. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We plan on staying another night before flying back to Bangkok.

number of people staying really matters to the hotel - upon checking in they will ask how many people are staying and they strictly wont allow more than 2 people in a room, its their policy - we came in a group of 3, so we need to pay additional 1000 baht per night. we stayed 3 nights so we need to pay 3000 baht upon checking in - its impossible to lie to them as their lobby is very open so they definitely can see how many of u guys coming once u drop out from your airport car - i dont mind and im not angry to the hotel because we need to respect their policy, plus the receptionist is kind and helpful, they talk to u nicely cleanliness - the room is very clean and well maintained, nothing to complain. i feel comfortable - pool is clean as well, i saw they clean the pool every morning location - the only downside of this hotel is the location. its not on the mainroad. its a bit far from the beach. - i book grab around 70baht one way to the beach and shopping streets. - i book grab around 90baht one way to aonang landmark night market - i book grab around 70baht one way to aonang muslim street food - if u’re planning to rent a motorbike then the location of this hotel doesnt really matter breakfast - all halal breakfast - variety choices of food - breakfast served from 6.30am - 11am - one male staff on duty name Music was really kind and pleasant. he always check on the guests to make sure we have a good breakfast experience in the hotel amenities - i love that this hotel uses an app for us to order additional amenities daily. its very easy and convenient - after u order from the app, the housekeeper will send the items to your room luggage storage and weighing scale - they provide luggage storage without additional service charge - and they have big weighing scale for u to weigh your luggage before going to the airport hotel lobby - the hotel lobby is open concept hence there is no aircond - so if your return flight is late at night like in my case, after checking out, we went to the nearest coffee shop to sit and relax with aircond overall experience - satisfied

The rooms at NAP Hotel are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean. I appreciated the thoughtful design elements and attention to detail, from the comfortable bedding to the sleek furnishings. The panoramic views of the cityscape from my room added an extra touch of magic to my stay. my stay at NAP Hotel Krabi Town was nothing short of excellent. Whether you're a solo traveler, getaway, or a family, I wholeheartedly recommend NAP Hotel for basically a transit if you have to catch a flight the very next day 7 eleven is just nearby!

The hotel was nice - view from the room was brilliant! However do note this hotel is not accessible: the hike to the room was difficult even for people in their 30s. It’s also quite far away from the town. Pool is rather dated. Longtail boat transfer to and from the pier was great bonus!pity that the reception staff weren’t nice - in all other hotels in Thailand we were welcomed with a big smile, but here the check in took forever and the staff seemed to look at the customers as a bother

This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

Lovely Hotel in the Heart of Krabi A wonderful hotel located right in the center of Krabi! The location is perfect — just a few minutes’ walk to temples, the main street, and other attractions. Getting to Ao Nang is super easy with a short ride on a songthaew. There’s a 7-Eleven in the next building, and a music club nearby for those who enjoy nightlife. The lobby is bright, cozy, and very clean. The rooms are spacious, light, and decorated with plenty of plants, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere. We initially planned to stay for just one night but liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Highly recommended!

I love AVA Sea Resort in Krabi. The staff are super friendly, the location is very close to beach and town, and the facilities were more than I needed. The locality was rich of shops, tourists, food, and all about Thailand. I shall definitely stay there again as a centre and it is then easy to explore the rest of the various of postcard beaches, restaurants, and other excitements. Elephants park, four hour cooking classes, boat trips to nearby Islands, visit Phuket for a couple of days or one day!

The location of the hotel is perfect . The hotel is clean , modern and hip . There are many chill areas which is nice if you want to remain at the hotel but not in your room . The room is adequate , lovely fridge and the bathroom is spacious. The gym is small but sufficient provided there are not too many people in there at once , nice variety of equipment ie kettlebells , free weights , sandbags , treadmill , steppers etc . The hotel doesn’t offer breakfast but does offer a 200baht voucher per room to spend at their little cafe . Perhaps the amount per room can be increased . Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel and would without a doubt stay there again .

Booked one night and then changed to other hotel. Mainly reason is the room is rather old, pillow very hard, bathroom is smelly and make the whole room smelly. Service was very good, roof top pool is cool but with this price I would choose other options. I found Avatar hotel which is only 3 mins walking away and decide to stay there for the rest of my holiday. Same price much much better.

Overall great property and amenities. However, speed of service can be improved a bit as our luggage took forever to get delivered, after waiting for over half an hour, I walked back to the lobby to bring them to my room myself.

From all of the hotel I been to over 20+ year of traveling over Europe and Asia I never seen any hotel as big as this not to mention the swimming pool is extremely beautiful, the service was a solid 7/10 the room 8/10 but just the look of the hotel and the swimming pool is a 100/10 and it’s even close to the beach and the night market the beach is right in front of the hotel not more than a 1 minute walk and the night market is around 5 minute away and it’s also fill with delicious food! I high recommend this hotel, such wonderful experience, it should be a tourist attraction, overall 9/10 hotel great place to stay for a while highly recommend!👍

Nice bungalows with all comforts, nice white beach to relax on with bar for food and drinks, they can organise boat trips and excursions for you at a decent price. Unfortunately I feel like all the famous beaches around which you are supposed to go see are packed with tourists and full of plastic, I think they should take care of the beaches where they send their clients to, our boat trip was nice but we cut it short at one point cause the beaches were too crowded or dirty. We personally picked up 2 full big plastic bags of rubbish while the boat crew set around smoking. Also the lunch boxes were not great. The Ruan Thai restaurant was very nice, book a day in advance though cause it fills up quickly. The spa also is great, very good massages and nice environment. Cute village nearby to walk to for drinks, dinner, cheaper massages and mini markets. All in all nice resort but not an unforgettable experience.

Awesome service and location is also good. Lots of restaurant and store just outside the hotel. All the staff from guest services, room service, dining staff, amenities (pool/beach and kidz club), bellboys were awesome. Room is clean and the toilet too. Room service will check randomly if you need anything which we appreciate. Service of all the staff were top notch and worth every penny. They gave us complimentary wine in our room since we are celebrating our anniversary. Thanks so much!! Shout out to Lita from the Mangosteen restaurant in the hotel, she is the sweetest and our daughter loves her. Looking forward to our next trip in Krabi and will definitely stay here again.

Overall it was an awesome stay in Holiday Ao Nang The location is very strategic. The attractions are within walking distance. Got a lot of foods nearby if u are hunting for a good food. We stayed in a pool excess deluxe room. The room not so big but okay for a family of 3. Im suggesting to frequently clean the swimming pool as the water was quite turbid and dirty. Maybe becausesome people came from the beach directly enter the pool. If i go to krabi again, most likely i will stay here again. ❤️

Booked the hotel with some friends as the internet video and website looks so alluring. Arrived at the hotel with super warmth hospitality, truly a 5 star service. The property is very large, spacious and have a rustic Thai style. The facilities and amenities like gym is super neat and tidy, equipments are well maintained. Th pool is nice and super huge with a pool bar which we literally hung out most of the time. There are other amenities like snooker and table tennis which require a small fee to play. We opt for the club lounge access and while the food options is a little disappointing but otherwise the service is tip top.

The resort is located very close to Ao Nang, but at the same time it is completely by itself. A real perfect location. Getting to and from by boat and Monkey trail makes for a really special place. The restaurants, food and breakfast were amazing. Loved the monkeys that would come right on to our deck. Would easily come back here again with my family

I am very very impressed about the great attention for all staff of this hotel is just amazing. People super educated and friendly. This was my first time in this hotel and the prices vs quality is worthy. The coordination since the reservation to my hotel was impeccable. The food delicious, the room was super clean, comfortable bed and super spacious area. I definitely will get back. Highly recommend for people which loft the quiet and confort.

Without question, the most wonderful hotel we have ever stayed at. With our own private villa and private pool overlooking the ocean and Hong Island, we were literally in paradise for our stay. Being welcomed with an incredible view at the hotel lobby, we were greeted by the warmest of staff who were so helpful. Not just with things at the hotel but organizing airport transfers, day trips and anything else we needed. Krabi was great but Banyan Tree, Krabi was sensational. The breakfast buffet has absolutely everything you could wish for, including a make-your-own Bloody Mary/Mimosa station! The Saffron restaurant was exquisite with exceptional cocktails of which I had never heard of and the spa is something out of this world. The hotel looks, feels and even smells amazing every corner you turn. Lighting around the beach bar and beachfront: stunning. Day tour on a private longboat: stunning. Banyan Tree, Krabi: stunning.

Zeavola is immersive. You are right in the jungle, so be ready to see some animals on the way to your room. We didn't like our room, it had the view to bottom of a hill room, so no sun arrived there and what we could see was pipes from the other room's toilet. Staff is overall nice, i loved the beach bar and the beach is so so beautiful. Check-in was great they welcomed us at the boat. When i called them about how to reach the hotel they tried to sell is a boat ticket for 2500thb, thay i paid 1100thb for the same service, so don't fall in that. About the property don't expect a luxury experience. And o am not talking about ”material luxury” as the GM likes to say. I talk about the quality of the bed linen, the ammenities in the bathroom, the turndown service, flexibility from staff, service at the pool, all of that wood need a big improvement to become a 5 star property. The good news is tha Phi Phi Islands don't have great accomodation, so this is still the best place to stay, tie with Saii Phi Phi.

Phi Phi Cabana Hotel offers a convenient location, just a 5-minute walk from the bustling main pier. The friendly staff provided helpful service, enhancing our overall experience. The hotel's amenities, including the large pool, were satisfactory. However, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness of the rooms. The room was full of mosquitos upon arrival. While the hotel's location, service, and amenities were commendable, we believe that a higher standard of cleanliness is necessary to fully elevate the guest experience. Despite this, Phi Phi Cabana Hotel remains a solid choice for those seeking a comfortable stay on Phi Phi Island.

I really enjoyed my stay at the beachside resort. The location is good, just a short walk from the peer, and the staff are friendly. It’s popular with young groups so can be a bit rowdy by the pool in the afternoon, but I was able to sleep undisturbed as the bars are not immediately close to the hotel. There are some fantastic cafes close by and some nice beachfront restaurants in front of the property.

Positive: The hotel is located in a very beautiful beach. The cabins are surrounded by nature with a view to the ocean. The swimming pool is great with a private beach just beside it. The staff is friendly and helpful. The massage is good and affordable. The nature is really beautiful inside the cabins area. Negative: the hotel was clearly under staffed. The same people working long hours and doing different functions. After the réveillon, the service quality really dropped down. Massage area is too close to the reception, what become extremely noisy for a massage. Swimming pool without service and with the bar closed. I really don’t understand why… they could make some bucks there. Restaurant: without consistency. Some days were great, others only average with the service oscillating a lot. Live music repetitive after 2 nights. A good mechanic music could help. Breakfast: average with few options. Bar: there weren’t fresh juices and the drinks were not special. Cleaning: my daughter found bedbugs on her room. She asked to change the room but the new room have the same problem. Facilities: the hotel looks only and deserves a rebuilding because the location is really premium Réveillon party: they really put some effort into it. But it looked liked a 80s party. Food was ok, not amazing. Fire performance too long and repetitive. Fireworks were great.

The hotel is overall good but our room - garden bungalow - was not comfortable for the price, it needs a big renovation. Bathroom and shower-head are outdated, shower time were not very pleasant, towels are hard and all stained, all furniture is very old. There’s no attention to details, simple things like placing a mat at the door so the room doesn’t get full of sand. Breakfast was fair and all staff were kind and attentive. The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful but a bit busy with boats and tractors coming and going. Jimmy’s Cafe was pleasant and had some good dishes.

Great located fantastic swimming pool, probably best location in island! Rooms are too basic , first I stayed in the better room with balcony it was nice but I found a huge cockroach on the bed omg! Then I mend to more simple room -bathroom in both is dumb and not nice to be there but the resort itself is nice. Rooms are not nice to stay in -just to sleep overnight and leave the room! Swimming pool is the best!

A wonderful resort! Location: The resort is located ~10 min walk from the Phi Phi Tonsai pier and located away from all the nightclubs and noise. The resort is right on the Loh Dalum beach and has its own private beach space. The location is perfect for couples who want a time away from all the noise. Staff: All the staff was wonderful and very kind, especially the message ladies were so lovely. If one needs feedback for improvement, the bellboys could introduce the resort and the amenities while guiding the guests to their rooms. Amenities: The most stunning feature is the swimming pool overlooking the beach. The guests are free to use Kayak and paddleboard for an hour, which was nice. The rooms are a bit small, but very lovely and clean. Since the houses are built by bamboo, outside noise can be heard. The poil bar has lots of nice drinks. Thai massage overlooking the beach is a must! Cleanliness: Everything was kept very clean. The staff were cleaning the pool after it's closed. Meals: The resort restaurant has a stunning view across the beach. We initially intended on eating outside, but the view in the restaurant was perfect and lit with bamboo lights and torches, so we had our dinner at the restaurant. The meals were amazing, especially the buffet breakfast! Overall, a wonderful experience.

This hotel was very nice and convenient. We really enjoyed our stay here. We would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Phi phi. Very helpful and nice staff as well.

It's just that the ebb tide is too much, it's a bit inconvenient to get wet on board and get off the boat, and it's really hard to carry luggage and climb stairs. I ’m sorry if you do n’t give it! The environment is still very good! It ’s just that I ’m going to board a plane and it ’s not convenient to get wet. Far islands! It's a bit inconvenient to bring children!

We moved to the resort after another not so good experience for one night on another beach. The resort is nicely located on the beach we think is the nicest to stay at if you do not want the extremely quiet experience. It is also conveniently located close to town. The breakfast buffet is very good, the pool areas great and the beach as well. The restaurant offers a dinner buffet which I think needs rethinking. We did not try the gym or the massage services which seemed expensive though. The resort is very green and on the plus side they have some resident monitor lizard which they sometimes feed close to the breakfast area. The rooms are ok but not great and could perhaps be cleaned more thoroughly. However, after intending to stay 4 nights we stay 4 nights so it was a good experience after all. We were not really impressed by the island initially but it grew on us and now we actually like it and its vibe along the beach at night a lot.

Beautiful, clean hotel, good service, delicious breakfast. Stayed in an ocean view room, spacious room, beautiful view, near the pool and the restaurant on the cliff, saw a very beautiful sea view, could walk down to the beach. Suitable for relaxation or driving around the islands and going on a day trip to 4 islands, a day trip to Phi Phi Island. The resort is quite large, there is a car service within the resort all the time, there is a fitness center. If booking a room, should find a service to pick up and drop off at the airport (free) as well. If traveling by yourself or buying a car service to pick up and drop off additionally, the price is quite high.

An excellent hotel that isn't far from the main hub of Ko Lanta. The services provided by the staff were excellent. The food (especially the breakfast), was good but slightly limited each morning and the gym could do with some refurbishment and better equipment.

Warm and great hospitality. Fully pledged facilities at the resort. Well planned airport transfer which is seamless. Great food served everytime and attention to details even for family with young kids. Lush greenery and close to nature/seafront. Will definitely make a return trip with Pimalai. Great effort and well done, team Pimalai!

An amazing hotel in a great location. The staff are incredible, the best service ever, they can’t help enough. Especially Su, who looked after us so well and really went the extra mile to make our stay amazing, The restaurant was lovely, on the beach and the food was great. We had the best time at Twin Lotus. All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach,very recommended. On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room. The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights. Breakfast is good and varied. We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like. All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

Facilities The whole complex and setup of the resort was great, nice pool, nice beach front, nice restaurant, nice massage spa with reasonable prices and high quality service. Watching sunset from the beach front was such a relaxing experience. Again, pool was clean and well maintained, little path through the complex was enjoyable to walk, the trip agent near reception was helpful in every way, getting a scooter from them and return was seamless.

Excellent for location, the most beautiful beach, the room is functional, comfortable bed, bathroom ok, buffet breakfast is good, the manager at the reception is very kind and willing to help, friendly staff and the restaurant is also excellent, they produce the vegetables, I had Deluxe Room - Hill Side (double bed) n. 984 is high up, there is a climb to do but the view, especially in the morning at dawn, repays the effort. Thank you

I must praise this hotel. I was sick almost all of the four days I was in Lanta. The hotel provided a service to send me to the clinic, and also helped me carry my suitcases. The room is a little higher on the hillside, but you can ride a motorcycle up there. The equipment in the room is the most advanced I have ever seen, and the decoration is also very exquisite. The price of more than 200 is really worth it. Pay attention to protecting the ecology and don't feed wild monkeys

We stayed in the deluxe bungalow garden view, a huge room with a large bathroom. Great shower with lots of hot water. The TV is a smart TV with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other apps. The bed is comfortable, hard pillows though. Our room overlooked a nicely kept garden and we could also see the sea which was about a 100 meter walk. This resort is located at the beginning of long beach. Beach restaurants start right beside it and continue down the 6 km beautiful beach. The beach is sandy with no coral to dodge while getting in. The staff are all friendly and accommodating. A 5 minute 150 baht tuk tuk ride takes you into town. We loved everything about this place and would highly recommend.
