I had a very good stay at Holiday Inn Pattaya. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the hotel’s restaurants were excellent. Breakfast offered a wide selection of tasty options, and the infinity swimming pools were a highlight very relaxing with a great view. The rooftop bar and the pool bar were also excellent, offering a great atmosphere and drinks. The staff were friendly, which is something I consistently experience throughout Thailand and always appreciate. However, there were a few points that could be improved. First, the hotel charged a 2,000 THB deposit, even though the website (trip.com) mentioned only 1,000 THB not a major issue, but it would be better to match the stated policy. Second, the bell staff did not offer assistance with my bags during check-in or check-out, even though I had a backpack and handbag. While I can carry them myself, I believe it’s part of the service to offer help so the guest can choose, am I right? 🤔. Anyways, Lastly, there was an occasional sewage smell in the bathroom, which I understand is quite common in Pattaya even at 4- and 5-star hotels. The staff tried to resolve it promptly, but it did return, I guess it’s a normal thing in Pattaya. Overall, a very good experience and I would recommend this hotel for couples, families with kids, and leisure travelers.

Cleanliness: 5/5. The room and linen was clean to a high standard. The only negative remark is that the fridge smelled of the previous guests food. Location: 4/5. The location was practical for what I was looking for but it is a fair walk from both beaches. You can catch the pickup bus to both from the street outside the hotel. Service: 4/5. The staff were friendly when we interacted with them. Amenities: 4/5. They provided basic amenities like shampoo, shower gel and cotton buds but not extra things like toothbrushes and toothpaste. Note: The room was not particularly soundproof and we could hear guests talking and walking past outside our room.

The villa is absolutely spacious for a group of friends (we have 6 people) to stay! Although the location is a bit far from anywhere, we enjoyed ourselves in the villa and the staff will give you a ride by golf cart to the convenience store upon request! Every room has en-suite bathroom so you don’t have to worry about sharing toilets.

This hotel is great. The rooms are decorated in American style, and the small appliances used are all big brands, especially high-end. The breakfast is also very pleasant, delicious and photogenic. The welcome drink is watermelon smoothie, which is also delicious. The owner and service staff are very enthusiastic. The stay is very comfortable, and the bedding is also very good. It is a great choice of accommodation to come to Gran Island. If I come back next time, I will choose this one again. It is also very convenient to travel, and the hotel can rent motorcycles.

The hotel is located near Jomtien Beach in Pattaya, only a 5-minute walk from the beach, and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and convenience stores around, and life is very convenient. The front desk service is very enthusiastic, and check-in and check-out are very smooth. The cleaning lady cleans the room in time every day, changes towels and sheets. The hotel also provides free mineral water, which is very considerate

I chose this hotel for this trip to Pattaya and I am very satisfied overall! The location is the biggest highlight. It is a 2-minute walk to the lively beach. The surrounding convenience stores, restaurants, and night markets are all available. It is super convenient to travel. The sea view room we stayed in had a wide view, and we could see the blue sea every day and feel comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were not brand new but well maintained, and the bedding was comfortable. The hotel pool is very beautiful, soaking in the water in the afternoon to cool off the heat and watch the scenery is very enjoyable, and the gym is enough. The staff is warm and friendly, the front desk can communicate in Chinese and solve the problem quickly. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western Thai styles, tastes good, and opens a full day. Very good value for money! The price is quite reasonable in terms of this location and facilities. It is recommended for both couples on vacation and friends. Next time I come to Pattaya, I will consider staying here!

Warm and friendly staff, very helpful and provided insightful information. Rooms was clean and comfortable with warm shower. Location walkable to Nabann port, fair bit of eateries around the area. Tried walking to Nual beach from resort, kinda of far. Lucky to meet two kind local gals who offered us a free motor ride to Nual beach. The best beach clear water is still Tawaen beach.

About a week before the trip, I called the hotel to ask about an extra bed and was told that I could request and pay for it at reception upon check-in. However, when I checked in, the staff informed me that no additional beds were available due to a wedding event at the hotel. All they said was that I should have called again a day before my stay. This made no sense, and they offered no solution—not even an apology. I didn’t even hear a simple ‘sorry’ from them.

Good morning just fresh out from the resort. We booked ocean view villa. The view was completely nice. We got our own private pool. Include breakfast- we can choose floating breakfast or going downstairs. The dine in food was AMAZING 🤩. The whole staying we order soooo many food at late night. Yum, Tom yum, Green curry, shrimp soup, truffle soup, crab omelet, pad kra pao seafood - these are all what we order and the bill was ~2200฿ which I think it’s reasonable
