My boyfriend & I stayed here for 2 nights during our inter-railing trip. Upon arrival we were given 2 drink vouchers to enjoy at the bar which was very generous. Furthermore, the staff at reception went above and beyond for us. When we got to the next city as part of our trip I realised I had left something in the hotel which was of sentimental value to me. I emailed the hotel & Maros replied within 24 hours to let me know that they could post my item home that I had left behind. The kindness & willingness of the staff to provide this level of customer service was something I was very grateful for & something that has been somewhat lost to an extent in this modern age. Not only this, the hotel itself is lovely & the rooms are extremely spacious which suited us as we had a lot of luggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here whilst in Bratislava!

We booked 2 rooms via Accor ALL Family 50% off second room offer as we travelled as 2 adults and 2 kids. The rooms are small, but comfortable. The toilet/bathroom is small also but enough for us as we always go out for sightseeing. It is a standard Ibis build like all Ibises. As Gold member we were offered 4 welcome drinks vouchers + free breakfast for all of us. I was pleasantly surprised as normally only Platinum members get free breakfast. Location is convenient considering the price we paid for the rooms. It is close to the Bratislava Castle, and a few minutes walk to the Old Town. Will definitely stay there again.

Visiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

Ficamos hospedados no quarto 606 de 27 a 28/11. O quarto é excelente mas ficamos surpresos com o péssimo atendimento da ”recepcionista” que nos atendeu por volta das 07:30 da manhã. Extremamente arrogante e debochada. Nos sentimos indesejáveis no ambiente. Sempre vamos a Europa e foi a primeira vez, em todas as cidades e países que já tivemos, que fomos mal atendidos dessa forma. Acho importante averiguar se isso acontece com outros hóspedes pois os apartamentos são excelentes, mas se precisasse voltar, não voltaria pra esse hotel e não indicarei para amigos que ainda isso a Bratislava. Ninguém merece esse tipo de tratamento.

The location of the hotel is good. It takes about 20 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. It is very close to the old city and the castle. The price is very high. Breakfast is included. The breakfast is very rich. It feels very good. I will stay here again next time. The hotel's restaurant is open until ten o'clock in the evening. The quality of the dishes is good, but a little expensive

The new and modern hotel with very warm rooms (you will appreciate in the colder days) in walking distance from national bank and 20 min walk from main train station.hotel offers parking for good price (during weekend there is a option to park on the street for free) and breakfast for 10-15 Eur. The staff is also very friendly.

The hotel was good, but it feels a bit overpriced as I booked even better one for the same price in Vienna, which is a contrast city in terms of the price. Gentleman at the reception was friendly. Bear in mind that the hotel will charge additional city tax when you move in. The hotel itself was more less clean, but the room was not spotlessly cleaned to be honest. I had some hair on the soap dispenser and some threads in the bath. The bed was a bit small and short, furniture was slightly damaged. The door had old post soviet style of faux leather Ron top and I was wondering why… I woke up at the middle of the night from the screams of the children that were so loud in the corridor for some reason. The sound insulation is not good at all there sadly and the fabric door did not really help. The hotel has nice authentic lobby which reminds a Soviet porch with Persian carpets. I booked 1 month in advance for 26th of December and paid $68, which I think is overpriced, considered the quality and space of the room. If it was cheaper, I’d have given more starts for this review. It is ok for one night if you just come and fall asleep. Hotel needs renovation.

We also tend to travel regularly to Europe around this time of year (i.e. End of November - start of Christmas market season). Following our first tip to Prague and a pleasant (but delayed) train journey, this was also our first trip to Slovakia and Bratislava specifically and was a personal leisure trip with my spouse and 2yo child. So, of course, this was our first time at this hotel. This was a points redeemed stay for 3 nights but you had to pay the city taxes per night. At the time (Nov 2023) this was about 10 Euros per night. It is a great to report that this was a very good stay from check-in to check-out, and as with so many Marriott properties outside the US, the service and overall experience was so much better than in the US. Check-In - So while we had not communicated at all with the hotel prior to arrival beyond the reservation request notes, and mobile check-in details, the hotel had actually paid attention to what we put in there. So I noticed in the app prior to arrival (and confirmed at arrival), we had been upgraded to a suite (called an ”apartment” by the front desk staff). This was on the corner on their second highest floor. This hotel is attached to a mall complex and was perfectly quiet throughout. They had the crib setup for us in the room in advance as well, although no baby bedding. (we did ask for this after checking in but they didn't really have anything beyond the cover for mattress). The check in agent was good, and ensured all perks were given Room - As stated above we were upgraded to a suite, which was more of a large loft setup with a bedroom area, a lounge area, a very spacious bathroom, and a very spacious walk-in closet. Room was well appointed, modern and super spacious. The welcome gift was nice touch and the turn down service 3 Toblerones was very good too along with the 2 waters per day. Housekeeping responded to requests promptly. The bed was spacious king sige and very comfortable and they organized two additional contour firm pillows. The crib was standard. . The Bathroom had plenty of counter space, and a separate bath and shower at either end. Shower pressure was decent. The closet was massive, with so much extra space to keep stuff organized. The room had great USB options at the bedside as well. Lounge - The lounge was 7am - 11pm and had a modest amount of offerings thoughout the day but was professionally setup but rarely staffed. (The breakfast benefit was in the hotel buffet restaurant and was pretty good) General Notes - Location is decent and is about a 15-20 min pleasant walk right into the main square of Bratislava (and where a lot of the Christmas market festivities are). It was attaced to a very large mall, that we never visited, and also close to tram stops, and the main bus station. The main train station is about a 10-15

It's a decent hotel for business trips and is walkable distance (weather permitting) to the business districts. The old town is a short stroll away and the Castle is a 20 min walk. There's also a host of restaurants nearby. The rooms and bathrooms are quite spacious - modern and clean with most amenities like iron/hair dryer/locker and coffee machines. There is a gym as well but it's limited to one machine and a couple of treadmills - which is reasonable for when travelling. The breakfast was disappointing - no fresh hot beverages ( there is a coffee machine in place) or omelettes and just cereals and bread/pastries if you're a vegetarian. Also, the hotel and location would best suit business travelers and not families with smaller kids given the cobbled streets that are not ideal for buggy pushing. ( And no pool in the hotel)

Hotel was nice! Pretty comfortable stay, cosy room, little outdated, but overall happy with it! Clean, presentable and main thing was air conditioning! I’ve booked it in summer, so air conditioning was a must! In Slovakia, it gets uncomfortably hot during summer months, so booking a hotel without aircon, would be a terrible mistake! Our room, was a family room and costed over €100 a night, which was pretty pricey, for what it was, but there was nothing wrong with it! Just a little overpriced for what it was. Would definitely stay again, probably would book more in advance, to get better deal.

Located on the Danube River, it is slightly opposite to other hotels, but it takes only 15 minutes to walk to the UFO Bridge and 20 minutes to the old town. From the door to do the tools, about half an hour to the train station, it is relatively convenient. The hotel is a standard 5 star configuration, there are not too many special and no obvious deficiencies. The breakfast is relatively rich and the taste is not bad.

The epitome of Boutique hotel. Great location, breakfast buffet is extensive & staff are really friendly, especially front desk staff. Not certain about 5 star though as there’s no swimming pool but there’s a lovely terrace on 2 floor - take stairs or the elevator. It’s an easy walk around the old town and close to the Danube River. Make sure to go to the UFO tower for a 360 view of Bratislava for €9.90. There’s also a standout 5-star international fine dining restaurant. Take the well worth it ‘Panorama Tour’ for €20 & 90 minutes - book via hotel desk. WARNING - TAXI - I caught a taxi from the train station to the hotel & was charged €24, including a €20 train to hotel charge which was a scam. DO NOT take taxi at the train station - it’s actually an easy 10min walk. My fare should have been €3-5. I hope the ‘friendly’ driver rots in … Certainly put a dampener on my trip

This is truly a grand historical hotel almost on the scale of great hotels like the Plaza in New York and the Savoy in Paris, but for 1/10 the price. Great service and wonderful breakfast buffet. The best location with 95% of the restaurants and sights within a few blocks walking distance. If you can stay in the same rooms as Franz Liszt, Johannes Brahms, Arthur Rubinstein, Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Thomas Edison and Albert Einstein, why would you stay anywhere else in Bratislava.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is near several of the most famous attractions in Bratislava, Slovakia. It is also a step away from the old town. The hotel lobby is nice, the rooms are small, clean and comfortable. The only thing worth improving is the lack of a bigger one Desk and chairs, it will be inconvenient when you need to work with a computer.

Having fully renovated the rooms means NOTHING if you don’t think things through. Our experience was bad, but just because the management didn’t clearly make sure that everything was working as it should be in a 120€ a night hotel which offers “executive rooms”. Upon check in, our room was cold and we couldn’t turn on the heating, even though on the istructions provided on how to manage it looked so easy. It wasn’t. At some point someone at reception activated it… but all the way up! The room was SO warm at night we had to call reception at 1AM to ask to solve the issue or be moved in another room, which eventually happened. As compensation we were offered a bottle of prosecco which was given to us… room temperature and upon checkout (two mornings after), when we had to go at the airport! Where were we supposed to drink it??? Anyway, Those newly renovated rooms are ANYTHING but soundproof as unfortunately we could hear voices in the corridor in the morning and from another room next to us. The design of the bathroom/shower is poor as the spash screen is too small and water spills out on the floor. Also there are no wall plugs right by the bed which is also absurd. You need to get out the bed to use one. The breakfast is ok but poor considering the quality this hotel presents itself to be. Therefore, £100/€120 a night for a room feels WAY overpriced (and remember it’s still 20 mins walking from town center). To the readers, I’m not saying “avoid at all costs”… but consider my honest review in your choice.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Appartamento nuovo e molto grande in una posizione silenziosa a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Bratislava! La struttura mette a disposizione un parcheggio coperto al costo di 19€ al giorno, noi ne abbiamo usufruito e abbiamo fatto bene perché i parcheggi in strada adiacenti all’appartamento erano tutti al completo! Consigliato!

The hotel is very new, the hygiene and service are in place, and the breakfast is also rich. It is in the city center and is worth recommending. .................

I booked this hotel last minute because of work, the room itself was spacious and clean, with a balcony and lots of storage space. The bathroom was big (with a bathtub). The hotel is a little further from the center, but it's easily accessible by tram. There is a little supermarket right next to the hotel which is very convenient. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was rather weak during my short stay - especially in the evenings or early in he morning - it would disconnect very often. The staff did something to fix this but it only worked for one evening. The staff at the reception desk was nice and polite, except for the very first time, when I arrived to check in - the gentleman I spoke to was a little rude, which is unfortunate. Overall, I think it's a good hotel for a short stay - if you don't mind staying further from the city center.

Siamo arrivati lì, per una notte, con un pullman di una cinquantina di persone. La reception è molto piccola per cui diverse persone sono rimaste fuori con le valigie durante le operazioni di accettazione, per fortuna non pioveva. Ci hanno chiesto di essere puntuali per l'orario della cena ma la sala era veramente piccolissima e a malapena ci stavamo tutti. Cena a buffet passabile. Per la colazione del giorno dopo, sempre a buffet, abbastanza soddisfacente, ma essendoci altri ospiti dell'hotel, alcuni della nostra comitiva hanno dovuto fare colazione nei divanetti davanti alla reception. Un solo ascensore in cui stanno al max sei persone, tre se ci sono anche le valigie. Camere spaziose e pulite, così pure i bagni. Personale gentile.
