this is a very nice hotel located close to the waret front, rooms are very big, beds are comfortable and there is an indoor swimming pool to use, parking is right in from of the hotel, some shops and restaurants are located around 15 minutes on foot. nd the reception staff is very friendly and helpful

It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried. I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

Stayed in this Grand Hyatt property in late January for a few nights. Overall, the service is great!! 1) The property treats Globalist well and I do appreciate that the property upgraded my reservation to a one-bedroom residence that is extremely nice. 2) The food and beverage experience of their main restaurant at the lobby level is great. I did have a buffet dinner one night and a lunch with selection from a la carte menu. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the food is great. 3) The property does have a Grand Club at the 11/F and it serves beverage all day and evening snacks during the evening. The snacks are quite good from my point of view. 4) The gym has separate entrances to males and females. For the male-only gym, the equipments are sufficient for me to do a great workout with kettlebells, dumbbells, and pull-up bar. 5) There is a spa inside the male-only gym. I did try an 1-hour hot stone massage that I felt great and relaxed after the service, and it worth the price. 6) The hotel has a direct access to a big shopping mall in which there is a CarreFour Hypermarket. 7) The hotel is about 45-minutes Uber ride away from the King Fahd International Airport (DMM).

Had a very relaxing 30 minute back massage by Betty, peaceful surroundings and lovely staff, well priced and I highly recommend a visit while at the Naviti Resort. I most likely be returning before my time over.

Hotel is cosy, clean with friendly staff. Location is very central & close to Daharan Mall. Rooms are clean & stylish. Breakfast was great. The most amazing is having Starbucks at the hotel which served me my favorite coffee. I recommend it as a favorite destination.

Very good hotel, great location, clean facilities and housekeeping staff are friendly. However, their automated call system doesn't work (I was calling from UAE), I couldn't get in touch with anyone before arriving. Swimming pool timings are NOT business friendly (from 9am-6pm). Toilet is not the most comfortable, as the shower doesn't have a closure (or a door) so water was all around after the shower. And the water flow from the sink is extremely slowl, I had to remove the nozzle to get a good flow.

The hotel is cozy and very clean. The staff assure making your stay a marvelous unforgettable one; Sultan at the reception, Prabah and Chandan at the Ma plaisir restaurant Abdul rahman at the coffee stand but especially Mr Hassan Aboushanab hospitality was tremendous. The breakfast open buffet is a mixture of oriental and continental food with great varieties, the dinner varieties were exquisite. Parking is present. I even found a salon at the back of the hotel. The R floor contains a closed safe pool, Gym and spa. I really recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dammam as it is easily accessible by Uber or taxis and there are mall nearby.

Good clean nice hotel and will recommend it for another visitors and family .. it is my first vist and I see kind and helpful people . Location of hotel was very close and easy to get taxi and shopping mall . And WXYZ Cafe shop was very kind .and mr sheikh was so friendly and helpful .

Overall it is good, two bedrooms, one double room and one twin room. It's just that the handles in the room are a bit loose and need to be maintained in a timely manner. Everything else is fine. The restaurant on the first floor is very beautiful, a large artificial lake, dinner is settled here, many locals come. Buffet breakfast is also here, normal buffet Western breakfast, many choices!

First of all, the water pressure is too weak, so the toilet flows well and the shower comes out well. There are no outlets for foreigners, only Saudi Arabia, so it is inconvenient for foreigners to use and there are no outlets at the front. I stayed in room 105, but my phone was broken and there was no vacuum cleaner, so I had very, very long hair on the shower towel, a sticker with soap dang behind the bathroom door, food stains in the refrigerator, and some stickers on the front of the TV in the living room. I asked for a Saudi-style charger for charging my phone, but it was not accepted and the water was a bit dirty, but it was good because it was a private beach. The staff are friendly, but the resort is not convenient for foreigners to use. There was sputum floating in the pool water, and plastic bags flying in the seawater. It was worth it though. The location was good, the staff was good, and the view was good.

It was a wonderful stay here. Nice rooms. Good staff. Nice food. We were offering some training courses over successive weeks. The training place and facilities were very good. Breakfast and lunch were lovely. I was there for two weeks with a bunch of colleagues and the access to the executive gym to debrief and relax together after training was good. Ted and his colleague were always very welcoming and happy to have a conversation. I have used the gym once and one of my colleagues has used it more.

Very impressed with the staff and quality of accommodation at the hotel, from the moment I arrived the staff were all helpful and friendly. The quality of the room was super as it was large with a good working area and seating area. The room was modern and well maintained and clean throughout. The breakfast options were extensive and again great service from the staff who were constantly looking to help. A great business hotel and a very enjoyable stay.

Yes, the room is large and the bed is very comfortable. I lived in the hotel and I was more comfortable with the bed and pillows. This made me more satisfied.

We had our anniversary celebration to there restaurant FAYROUZ LEBANESE ...we had a sumptuous buffet lunch!!!the ambiance is nice,,,the staff are so accommodating they serve well,we will definitely go back and recommend this restaurant 😃😊🥰

Rotana is always the best in the gulf regions.. Staff members are very friendly and willing to help. Rooms are wide and very tidy. They have some sea view rooms. Awesome services against reasonable fees. I loved my stay in Dana Rayhan as well as Rotana Corniche in Khobar. Rotana is always my first choice in the gulf region.

A wonderful place to stay amongst the many choices in Dammam. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly (not always a given in KSA, where tourism is new and often hotel staff are unfamiliar with foreign tourists) and the room was outstanding. We weren't expecting an equipped kitchen and a sofa! Wifi was excellent, and both the pool and sauna were wonderful. The stand-out feature for us was the breakfast, which surpassed all expectations - and is one of the reasons we would certainly return to this hotel on our next visit to Dammam.

The services were up to the mark while the accommodations system appeared to be one of the bests. The hotel is always crowded with visitors and most of them are tourists from different countries. The environment is friendly and warm and the treatment as a guest or as an individual is adorable indeed. Staying at the hotel was truly relaxing for me.

The hotel is close to the customers, and the newly renovated rooms are clean, breakfast is OK, there is parking lot, the waiters are very welcoming, but there is nothing around, and the hotel can only eat

The location is in an industrial park, a little out of the way. The only way to get around is by taxi, Uber or. Careem is fine. The room is not as big as in Dubai, and the price is slightly higher than in Dubai.

I stayed at Karan hotel for 3 weeks as part of the agreement with the company I was hired. My overall experience was great. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and courteous (Front desk, bell man, cab drivers, room service and duty managers). Quality of food served (Lunch and Buffet) was really good with range of variety. Evening dinner at Al-Barni was an amazing experience with plenty of options. Staff at the buffet section and Al-Barni was very friendly. Gym is available for fitness enthusiast. Thanks to the team at Karan hotel.

I had a most fabulous stay. The hotel is a resort hotel set on large grounds in a quiet area of Al Jubail. I come on business and stay here each time I come. It is a hotel that ticks all the boxes. They have 2 private beaches plus a golf buggy to take you to the beach whenever you want. They have a gym and sauna and a swimming pool. It's a great hotel for both business and leisure. I got a nice welcome from the Front office Manager and a welcome drink so I knew I would be having a great stay. They serve a great Arabic coffee with dates. I enjoyed the Executive suite which was very clean, very spacious and very comfortable. The F&B manager was very helpful with regards to my special dietary requirements. The food variety at breakfast is amazing with great presentation and with very attentative staff. I wanted to use the jet skiis however there was an issue with the port licence. I hope it will be resolved for my visit next year as I really enjoyed the jetskiis when I came last year with my wife. The hotel is luxurious, but the best thing of the hotel is actually their staff. They genuinely want to please and ensure that all their guests have a memorable stay which I greatly appreciate. Fantastic hotel in terms of service, facilities and comfort. Admittedly the location is not ideal if you’re looking to explore on foot, but I was here for work, so that wasn’t an issue. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the reception staff, restaurant to the chauffeurs. All were extremely professional and personable. Nice pool in the centre and gym facility kept me content during downtime. Good in the buffet was of a very good standard. Problem is there was too much temptation. This led me to opt for the Italian and American option most nights. Lamb chops were first class. Would definitely return if in the area again for business.

In Eastern Province--Jubail is one of the most sought places for weekend getaway and even for staycations, specifically at the Fanateer District (the beach area). In Jubail, one of the best places to stay with is the Danah Al Jubail Suites, the location is just a stone's throw away at the beach's shores, and a few meters away with the boat/ferry rides' ports. We are warmly welcomed by Mr. Mohammed, Naif and Sharif upon our arrival and checked-us in without delays. The rest of the staff is as well very helpful and accommodating. The property is clean, the well-maintained swimming pool is nestled between towers, it has guests' exclusive ample free car-parking spaces, our suites are well-kept, and I could say the housekeeping is being meticulously done. The buffet breakfast is modest and being served from 6-10am, the restaurant has an amazing panoramic view of the Fanateer Beach it is located at the Tower 1, 6th floor. There are coffee shops and a resto at the hotel yards with full sea view, an idyllic place to enjoy the soothing sea breeze, or chat/bonding’s with friends & family where you can have afternoon tea or coffee. The vantage point of Danah Al Jubail Suites, it is a few meters away from the boat rides port, the rides are must try (reasonable price for exclusive group). You can have a 30-minute to 1-hour boat rides and enjoy the scenic Fanateer Beaches. Generally, Danah Al-Jubail Suites has a perfect location for an ideal beach front staycation, or weekend getaway. Highly recommended. We’ll come back.

Visited Jubail city and passed by a recently opened Courtyard Hotel for a half day relaxation. The hotel has a cozy lobby, brilliant staff, wondaful amenities, spacious rooms, fantastic terrace view, phenomenal restaurant with delicious culinary. I arrived to find they had no ‘studio apartment’ for me. But conceded on giving me a two bed apartment instead. Very nice space for what it is. Very clean and tidy. Do not give them any laundry to do, big fail here. The morning I’m checking out my laundry is still missing, after chasing around I ended up taking Undried clothes and was missing underwear which they lost. All because they couldn’t turn it around in 24 hours. Breakfast is basic with instant coffee. If you want somewhere central to al jubail a low price but very clean and tidy then this will do.
