The room appeared clean, but upon entering, I was hit with a bad smell. On the other hand, the location was extremely convenient, close to all the areas I wanted to visit. However, our experience was marred by poor service. Upon arrival, no one assisted us with our luggage. The reception staff on duty was unaccommodating and intimidating. I believe that working in the hospitality industry requires a high level of customer service, even on difficult days. If someone is unhappy in their role, it's better for them to leave rather than jeopardize the company's reputation with rude behavior. Unfortunately, this lack of service continued throughout our stay. No one helped us with our luggage when we departed, unlike other hotels I've recently visited, where staff were eager to assist. I also noticed that most staff members didn't smile, and it seemed that they provided preferential treatment to foreign guests. In terms of amenities, the hotel needs to improve its swimming pool. We were surprised by how small it was, contradicting the hotel's description of having both a swimming pool and a children's pool. In reality, there was only one tiny pool. So, some of my relatives didn't even bother swimming due to the crowds and limited space. In terms of food, my family stayed there for two days, and I noticed that the breakfast options lacked vegetables. It's essential to include vegetables as a choice. This hotel’s restaurant don’t cater to vegetarians.

Hotel Stay Review I stayed at this hotel with my four siblings. Initially, I booked a premium room for two people because I expected only one of my siblings to join me. However, plans changed, and all four of us ended up coming. When we arrived at the hotel around 11 a.m., I approached the front desk to request an upgrade to a room that could accommodate five people. I was informed that no such room was available, so I agreed to book an additional suite room (Suite Two), which could accommodate three more people. I appreciated that the hotel placed both rooms next to each other—a thoughtful arrangement that made it easier for my older sister and me to look after our three teenage siblings. We were aware that check-in was at 2 p.m. and were willing to wait. Since it was a holiday (Lenten season), most nearby establishments, like malls, were closed. The front desk initially encouraged us to go out and explore, but I gently reminded them it was a holiday and most places would be closed. Eventually, they allowed us to wait in the lobby, and we were pleasantly surprised when they let us check in early at 1 p.m., which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were approachable and polite during both check-in and our stay. However, we experienced some issues with communication. When I called to order food, I clearly requested seven cups of plain steamed rice, two pitchers of service water, carbonara, two sticks of chicken barbecue, and beef tapa. I specifically asked that all rice—including the one that comes with the beef tapa—be plain steamed rice. The male clerk repeated the order and confirmed all the details. However, when the food arrived, we only received two cups of rice, one of which was garlic rice, and the rest of the order was incomplete. The pitchers of water were also forgotten and only empty glasses were delivered. I had to call again and follow up several times until the order was completed. I didn’t get angry or raise my voice, but I was genuinely disappointed. Everyone stayed calm, but the experience was frustrating and could have been avoided with better communication and attention to detail. The Suite Two room was spacious and satisfying, but we were surprised to find a cockroach crawling on the floor, which my brother had to kill and dispose of. The premium room was quite narrow, but the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The telephone in Suite Two had an issue with the volume. At first, I thought there was no dial tone, but later realized the volume was just extremely low—we could barely hear the person on the other end, and the phone didn’t ring audibly. The shower in one of the rooms had no curtain, although there was a rod for one. After my sister showered, the bathroom floor got soaked. We weren’t provided with floor towels, which was concerning since we had younger siblings who could easily slip. I called for assistance, and while the staff responded, they arrived without the necessary tools and had to return multiple times. As for amenities, the room for three had only two slippers, and the room for two had none. This felt a bit lacking, as we expected a more thoughtful provision of basic items. A consistent issue we faced was the drop-off location. Whenever our Grab drivers would drop us off at the hotel, they seemed frustrated due to confusion over the signage. The signage directing drivers to the drop-off area was placed in a way that led drivers to believe it was the exit, rather than the entrance. This caused some inconvenience, as drivers would end up at the wrong location and have to turn around, adding unnecessary frustration to their experience.

My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a breathtaking city view. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities—such as the minibar, complimentary toiletries, and fast Wi-Fi—added to the convenience. Housekeeping did an excellent job of maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay.

Room: Clean, relaxing colors, with remote controlled lightings (with different moods), curtains, etc. The room we booked which is a corner room was very spacious and has great view of both the bay and the city. The bath tub is situated uniquely and restroom is really spacious. Cool and up to date variety movie options are set in the 42 inch television Service : Great service from warm people. Vibe: It's like Boracay or beach vibe Food : Medium-sized selection, delicious, pastries are great, reasonably priced (for guests: 680 for adults, half price for kids aged 4-11) Amenities: Infinity pool is cool and view is still great even with the bay reclamation, though seems too hot to swim on hot times of the day Thank you Lime Resort! We will definitely be back 👏🎉

I booked this for my Mama and Tita. They said that when they arrived at the hotel, it took them 1 hour to be able to check-in. The front desk advised to wait within 15 minutes but the time went long. The room was clean and arranged with a good view in the 20th floor near the elevator. Also, Tita complained that they are not able to log-in to the Netflix account due to there's no slot available that time. They used it later in the evening. These are just a few feedbacks that came from them and I understand that it was holiday season. My family enjoyed staying overnight and had a good sleep. After check-out, their manager Mr. Ken, offered my tita a discount for future visit because of the inconveniences. Thank you for reaching out and your approachable service, surely will stay again.

I chose this property because it is near to our relatives home, besides it is a simple place to stay not luxury but just good enough for our family, this property needs some renovation and must consider the number of guests in each apartment regarding the kitchen tools and towels..etc I found it strange there are no bowls in the kitchen we couldn’t make soups because there are no bowls to use The toilet soap quality is very bad it has no fragrance scent like other competitors accommodation properties elsewhere
