On the way from Kadu to Chitwan, we have been contacting the hotel through Ctrip customer service to pick us up when we arrived, but the customer service has not been contacted by the hotel. I did not expect that as soon as the bus arrived, the driver arranged by the hotel was waiting. It is fixed, it should be that the hotel will take the initiative to go to the station to pick up and drop off according to the occupancy and bus time. The hotel is relatively good in the local area. There are beautiful gardens and detached villas. The rooms are also decorated with special features. They are clean and hygienic. The staff are very enthusiastic. They will try their best to help you if you have any problems. Personally, I think the price of various activities offered by the hotel in Chitwan is reasonable, so it is possible and convenient to book at the hotel. There are some villagers around the hotel, not far from the river. You can visit or take a walk in your spare time. There is a bustling market about three kilometers from the hotel. You can take a taxi to eat. . If you eat at the hotel, the price is not cheap, but the taste is really amazing!

Very nice hotel very close to the Chitwan national park. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. We did a canoe and jeep safari with a guide called Babu. He is very knowledgeable and points out so many birds and animals you would normally not spot yourself. Also he tells you a lot of facts about the park and it’s history which makes the exploration with him entertaining as well as most interesting. What I would recommend the hotel to do: Provide 2 bottles of water just once in the beginning of a stay and then have the guests fill their bottles themselves at a water dispenser. That would be good for the environment and it would save costs for the hotel.

One of the best hotel around Bharatpur. Facilities are great there. Manager and staffs are helpful and friendly. Peaceful environment with proper parking facilities . Most experienced chef having knowledge about delicious Nepalese, Indian, Continental meals. AC room with attached bath and mini bar available. Love to stay in your hotel.

We stayed in an air-conditioned double room with a large bed and a small bed. The bed is very clean, there is free Wi-Fi, there is 24-hour hot water, and the toothbrush toothpaste needs to be taken. There are a lot of flowers and plants in the yard, very beautiful, cute dogs and cats that are not afraid of people. The fried noodles in the kitchen are super delicious. The bosses also recommend us a lot of trips. Anyway, a great experience, come next time. Will stay here.

I've tried three hotels in Hetauda and this one is the best by far. A little out of town, up a side road, it is quiet and calm. Staff are unfailingly helpful (you're in Nepal, so that's not unusual) and the facilities are good. The restaurant doesn't match the hotel. Cross the car park, go through another building, and you come across a large hut. The meals are fine, but the ambience disappoints.

The hotel is quite small, but very unique! The location is not good. The only advantage is that you can drive a jeep directly into the forest park. It is very close, but very expensive, unless you can get a car together. Not eating well The entertainment items are very expensive If you want to visit Chitwan, it is better to stay in the Sauraha area. It is convenient for eating and playing, and it is also cheap. If you have a lot of money and like quiet, I recommend this place.
