Hotel located in a quiet street with many restaurants just around the corner; spacious lobby good for working; shop to buy coffee, snacks; friendly and helpful staff; room size is acceptable, basic; bed is for me too soft; no amenities; no kettle/cups; I missed a hair dryer most, when asked for at the reception, sadly all hairdryers were taken;

What we loved: * Location: Best possible location to explore the city * Staff: Every staff member we encountered was polite, professional, friendly and helpful * Decor: Hotel is cosy, has minimalist but modern design, looks very nice for a 3* venue * Cleanliness: Everything was spotless * Comfort: Soft comfy beds and lots of storage and surface space in the room * Price: Very reasonably priced for the quality and location, compared to other options What could be improved: * When we checked-in there was no soap in any of the dispensers and it only got replenished after several days once we asked for it directly. * Pillows are ridiculously thick, like sofa cushions. Got a neck cramp and headache from first night so opted to sleep on a rolled-up towel instead for the remainder of the stay. * Bathroom layout is not great - toilet is behind a glass door just a meter from the bed, so it doesn't leave much privacy or sound insulation. Shower floods the toilet area no matter how hard you try to avoid it, leaving a puddle right in front of the toilet. * Noise: Hotel is sound-insulated, but there was a lot of plumbing noise coming from the pipes in the bathroom at all hours - banging, hissing, screeching etc, like sleeping next to a loud fridge or boiler. The door between the lift and the floor, as well as other room doors make the room shake when they get shut, and we were unfortunate to have neighbours who were slamming doors relentlessly till 2am on our last night. * Some basic tea facilities in the room would be very useful. Summary: Great hotel at a reasonable price with friendly staff and nice amenities. If you're lucky with the room and neighbours, you'll really enjoy your stay here :)

Nice new hotel (open from march 2024), modern equipped clean rooms and frendly (young) personnel, good food. Situated almost in the city centre of Breda (15 minutes walk through the trainstation and city park) and besides the train and bus station. It's easy to park your car next door at the P&R parkinglot on top of the trainstation. Very nice location for a city visit.

Let’s start with the positive: great location with immediate access to the airport’s terminal . Room itself was worn down. A lot of dirty stains on the walls and carpet. I have a lot of allergies, for dust etc. A soar throat and sneezing that disappears after leaving a room is always the best indicator for me for cleanliness. As you might guess, I had a soar throat and had to sneeze a lot. (Which disappeared really soon after leaving). Duvets and sheets were of low polyester quality, that together with an air-condition that didn’t work properly made it a very uncomfortable night. Reception staff was friendly and cheerful though. The only reason for staying at this hotel is the location, which in a certain way is worth the uncomfortable night.

When you stay at the hotel and you want to go to the city centre then follow the path to the right as you come out the main door and follow it toward the tunnel that will take you underground under the main road and lead you safely to the centre. There are no crossings to get to the hotel otherwise. We had been in touch with Ihsaan from customer service before our stay and Ihsaan had been very helpful and professional with any queries we had. The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff were very friendly also. The only issue we had was that the breakfast was expensive. The food was plentiful though and there was plenty of choice for all and the service staff there were very friendly and efficient. The hotel was in a great location and is literally only up the road from PSV Eindhovens stadium also. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus station which is great if you are getting the number 400 bus to or from Eindhoven airport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars nearby also.

Crown Hotel was absolutely lovely, the staff were friendly and the suite was massive; granted though the hot tub didn’t work on arrival however they had contacted me beforehand to offer me one free morning of breakfast and I imagine this was no fault of their own. Location was perfect and was easy to get to.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We upgraded to a deluxe room and while it was fairly stripped back in design it was spacious, quiet, cool and perfectly adequate for our few days in the city. The bed was super comfortable. I used the gym and enjoyed a good breakfast. On one day we got down too late for breakfast but instead of turning us away we were still invited in to help ourselves to the coffee, fruit and croissants. We will be back.

I will try as much as I can to explain the exceptional stay for our first wedding anniversary in this amazing place . I’ve been visited a lot of hotels in many places , to be honest I never felt this soul ! Yes there is an amazing spirit combined with amazing soul for the place ! And the team members they are the one who caused that in my opinion starting from our welcoming in the reception with a very smooth check in with Carla I guess , and the following up after I went to the room to check if everything going ok and then the amazing surprise when it comes to … I will not say I think the stayers needs to discover that :) and what the most professional guest relation Manager Melanie did and her follow up , everything mostly was arranged by her I guess as a guest relation manager definitely ! The Hotel Manager was congratulating us by him self about our first wedding anniversary! The HK Team doing excellent job as well . And definitely the roof bar ! It’s the star of Eindhoven city it gives the feeling of having everything around you and you don’t need to move from the hotel ! The teams for the bar and the amazing service team in the breakfast time was extremely giving full attention to everyone as I realized. Food quality was best in the city if I’m not exaggerating! Even after all the above words I’m still speechless :) Thank you million time for making our first marriage anniversary memory like that .

The lobby was very stylish and quirky and the staff were pleasant enough. The breakfast buffet was good but a bit lacking in variety. My real issue would be the room as it was quite dirty -- I could take the retro industrial design but some surfaces had dust, the toilet paper roll was halfway used, there was something like mold inside the water kettle. Worst, the dust triggered my partner's allergies and kept him coughing throughout our stay. Temperature throughout the hotel is also centralized so if you get cold quickly you may have a problem, but they were kind enough to provide a heater. Would probably not come back.

We arrived on Thursday evening and were greeted by Angelica a very friendly and professional receptionist. Our room was big and comfortable. The bathroom was OK but not enough towels for all of us. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and game room very much. Unfortunately I do have a complaint about a member of the breakfast staff. We didn't include breakfast in our reservation because we didn't know if we would eat breakfast at the hotel everyday. So we thought of adding breakfast day to day if needed. On Sunday our last day at the hotel, we went to have breakfast, and this very rude lady at the breakfast door said we couldn't have breakfast because we didn't pay for it. The way she said it, her tone of voice and the look in her eye was not friendly at all, but she wasn't done just yet. This woman took us to reception to pay. Our receptionist Angelica was there (thank god) so she helped us out. What I found very odd is that the breakfast lady gets to shout at her coworkers in reception telling them to do their job, but yet,she is terrible at hers. I enjoyed our stay at Park Plaza but didn't enjoy the attitude and feeling created by that one employee at breakfast. We felt our experience war round by this insident.

Pullman Eindhoven is a very good hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfy, with good toiletries, a very comfortable bed and great blackout curtains. You will sleep well! Free bottles of drinking water and good coffee and tea in the room. The breakfast buffet is really great, with a very wide choice of items and friendly staff who are happy to help or accommodate special wishes. The bar & restaurant is good, a little unremarkable but perfectly fine if you do not feel like trying to figure out what's good outside the hotel for a bite to eat. The spa area is limited but nice. Small pool, good sauna. Overall this is a very nice hotel with kind staff and I'd happily stay here again, especially if I needed to be sure of a good night's sleep and good breakfast to start my day.

Travelled to Ukraine with humanitarian aid on Monday 121th April 2022 and needed a secure hotel.. We booked late at night and check in was easy. The hotel is situated in a very lovely housing estate and has extremely secure parking. The cost was reasonable and the hotel is far better than the three stars. Never took breakfast on this occasion. We returned on Thursday 14th April and unfortunately the cost had gone up considerably which was disappointing. This time we did take breakfast and it was extremely good.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn Eindhoven Airport was outstanding. From the excellent service to the top-notch facilities and the delightful breakfast(especially the fried eggs), every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The sensory experience with the bathroom amenities was a delightful touch. I was not disturbed by any noise, allowing me to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the airport. I certainly look forward to returning in the future.

I stayed from 27th till 29th of June for an annual conference. Excellent location and wonderful surroundings to relax during breaks. Very cool to have diner at OZZO with a crazy poke bowl. The food is very good. The room was amazing and confortable. I had very good nights.

Stayed here for 3 nights as was on business trip to Breda It’s located right outside the train station and a short walk into the city center . The hotel is having some refurbishing going on but the work is only during the day so no issues at all , Also I had a new refurbished room which was very nice and modern, Spacious, clean and comfortable!! Very good breakfast with both hot and cold offerings . Staff very friendly and helpful Great location and would definitely stay there again

The words themselves are kind, but they are not willing to improve on the failure. I tried to call the lip session because the TV was not good, but the phone was also in trouble. The repairman came and fixed the TV, but the phone couldn't be fixed. I couldn't make room service because I couldn't make a phone call, so I couldn't make room service for a while, so I asked him to deliver it. Later, the bed sofa didn't work, so I made an appointment for two people and gave them a broken bed sofa. When I asked for a room change, it was said that it was difficult because all rooms were full. I'm not sure how far I can trust the staff. However, the staff at the breakfast room are very friendly. Only the reception staff seems to be less willing to respond positively. I don't think I'll come again.

Very enthusiastic about this hotel! What a beautiful building! Beautiful spacious room, fantastic breakfast room with an extensive buffet and in the middle of the center but still quiet. We will surely go back again!

Booked a last minute stay for 2 nights, upon arrival as we were early I went to reception to ask for directions to the parking, the young lady did give them i repeated what she said and off I go drive around and around with no joy, go back to the hotel to ask again same young lady with attitude explains again but this time she does say it’s underground below the ****** ( like I’m meant to be psychic) and not at the back of the hotel as she’d previously stated. When we were able to check in her attitude hadn’t changed and felt we were an inconvenience and she didn’t want to be there! The room allocated didn’t a bath I kindly advised I’d booked one with a bath, this again put her out! Checked out this morning with a lovely lady in reception and politely advised her to check the bed as I have what appear to be bed bug bites:(

The hotel is very beautiful, fully equipped and advanced, the surrounding villa area is beautiful and quiet. The breakfast is very rich and the service is very good. There are many foods for dinner, and many locals eat here.

We stayed at the Mastbosch Hotel in Breda for one night with three people. The room we booked had been recently renovated, offering a nice blend of modern comfort while maintaining the hotel's charming, historic atmosphere. Although the room was a bit noisy at times due to sounds from neighboring and upstairs rooms, it was well-prepared for our needs. We had requested an extra bed and upgraded the room, and everything was perfectly arranged. The hotel's entrance is stunning, exuding an old-world charm, but the renovated rooms ensure you don’t have to sacrifice comfort. We stayed only one night and didn’t use the breakfast or other services. The location is fantastic for nature lovers. Just step outside, and you’ll find yourself in the beautiful Mastbos forest, perfect for a relaxing walk or outdoor activities. A great choice for a short, comfortable getaway in a beautiful setting!

The location of the hotel on the edge of a business park was less attractive to us. But probably a godsend for the business guest. Furthermore, a great hotel for an overnight stay in Breda. Clean room (missed an air conditioner) but fortunately a window could be opened. A bit of a shame that there was only a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Everything was amply provided, tasty fresh croissants, etje, bacon, gravy you name it. Staff were also very friendly. Last but not least dog is no problem.

Gr8hotel Breda is een zeer goed hotel. Voor een goeie prijs een goeie kamer . De kamers zijn zeer netjes. Ik ben redelijk lang (200 cm) en pas goed in de bedden. De grote inloopdouche is ook prima. Aan de muur een grote tv met Chromecast. (Als ze tenminste niet gestolen zijn door de gasten. Heel triest dat dat gebeurd). Dus als er niks op tv is kun je gewoon je eigen Netflix of andere streamingdienst naar de tv streamen. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en staan voor je klaar. Het ontbijt is ook goed en redelijk uitgebreid. In de avond is er geen restaurant maar eten bestellen via internet en opeten in de lobby is ook prima. Ik ben hier vanaf oktober bijna wekelijks en het bevalt me heel goed. Dit hotel raad ik zeker aan.

It is a nice hotel with very friendly staffs. I came here for completing my exam in Breda. I really had a good environment to learn. Evening I could enjoy the bar. The location is in a peacefull environment near the nature.

We spent 2 days in this top hotel last weekend. Super friendly staff all 1 for 1 topper. I had 2 rooms and I had a request upon arrival, they immediately went to see what was possible. The rooms were again super clean. The breakfast is very varied and when a fresh product is almost finished, new ones are made right away, even if you are the last to have breakfast, big names can learn something from that. We also enjoyed sitting on the terrace for a few hours. There was a nice cooling breeze in front of the hotel. And although it was quite busy with arrivals, we were wonderfully spoiled by Senna and Ralf our host and lady these days we were there. These great guys kept a close eye on us to make sure we weren't short of anything. We had a wonderful stay here again right in the center of Den Bosch. And have immediately re-booked for next year. And we will probably go again soon. PS I read in the reviews whole stories about parking that it is expensive for 1 day. But sorry you are parked in the middle of the center in a shopping street covered. That you park there is a choice. We always park at a p&r go by bus with our suitcase after the center you get out 100m from the hotel and you are parked for 4.50 per 24 hours. So you can make it as expensive as you want. We prefer to spend those 20 euros on the terrace.

I booked this hotel paid on arrrival and then the security deposit €150 was then held on my card to be returned on departure however on departure I was charged again for my stay 10 days later numerous emails and phone calls still waiting to have my money returned the hotel is blaming my bank but the bank has assured me it is the the hotel “holding” the money approximately £650 there has been no apology from them only a very dismissive actitudes. This situation has left in under fiancal strain not to mention the stress and having to borrow money of my family. Would i recommend this hotel not a chance!

The hotel is located right in the center, making it easy to discover this beautiful city. You can also park your car in the parking garage opposite the hotel for an additional charge. The room was clean and spacious enough for two people. We found the bed and pillow comfortable. A number of minor negatives are: -The closet only had a hanging rack and no shelves to put your folded clothes on - The room had no balcony, only a window that could only be opened in the tilt position - The view from the room was not great, we looked at the parking garage Despite these negatives, we enjoyed our stay! The breakfast is extensive, there is something tasty for everyone. Everything was fresh and it looked neat. Here too a small minus, during the explanation we mentioned white beans in tomato sauce, but unfortunately I did not encounter these, much to my disappointment :p All in all, this hotel is highly recommended if you are looking for a room close to the city!

Redelijke ontvangst, echter waren wij te vroeg (13:00) geen enkel probleem, meneer de leidinggevende vroegtijdig wij wilden reserveren in het restaurant voor diner, want het zal redelijk goed vol! Maar we wouden nog weg en wisten het (nog) niet. Meneer zei nog keer “extra” we zijn erg vol, er is ook martini party of iets. Wij wilden nog niet reserveren. Echter bij terugkomst om 17:00 was er niks te doen, wij deden buiten paar drankjes, nog erg weinig te doen. Geen martini party, geen eters, rustig op terras!!. Om 19:00 konden wij zo eten, het bleef rustig. Meneer de leidinggevende wilde dus even bonuspunten scoren (denken wij) ik vind erg onbeleefd om door te drukken, terwijl er (bijna) niks te doen was EN is. Bedieningen terras erg slecht, kregen een vies glas, ik terug stonden ze met 5 meiden (denk ook in opleiding of zo) te praten, ik stond en zij keken ernaar letterlijk naar te kijken !! Eindelijk geholpen, kreeg ik een ander glas (gratis nog wel) Ook het bier dat ik kreeg leek al wel uitgedronken, ik zeg dat, bediening zegt komt door de tap installatie (laat mij niet lachen) ook het terras erg vies, rommelig, eerlijk gezegd een puinhoop! Het eten vond ik ook de prijs kwaliteit iet oké! Hotel kamer was perfect netjes en goed schoon. Het ontbijt was ook oké en netjes. Bij uitchecken wordt keurig gevraagd of het naar wens was. Ik geef bovenstaande ook aan natuurlijk, ik zeg nog ik ben redelijk kritisch en wil waar voor mijn geld, de dame was het er erg mee eens, en bood een kopje koffie aan, nou ik had wel 10% korting verwacht, want voor dit 4 sterren hotel moest ik 10,- pp bijbetalen omdat het dus geen 3 sterren was (Fletcher/aktie) nou het was mij nog geen 2 sterren waard dit hotel. Ik ga er nooit meer naar toe, terwijl wij over het algemeen redelijk/goed tevreden zijn over Fletcher maar dit was het even niet

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in ´s-Hertogenbosch und hatten uns das Hotel ´t Keershuys ausgesucht, ein Haus voller Geschichte, wunderbarer Atmosphäre und positiver Überraschungen sowie vortrefflicher Lage. Der Delyxe Room verfügte über ein Kingsize Bett, eine Minibar mit gratis (alkoholfreien) Getränken, elektrischer Wasserkocher, Kaffee-Maschine und eine herrliche Bad- und Raumausstattung, was alles zu einem äußerst angenehmen Aufenthalt beigetragen hatte. Nicht zu vergessen auch das inkludierte Frühstück mit einem reichhaltigen Angebot von Eierspeisen bis hin zu Pancakes und vieles mehr. Wir werden diese herrliche Unterkunft noch lange in bester Erinnerung behalten, so auch den Abschiedsabend zu später Stunde auf der Hotel-Terrasse, wo wir den einmaligen Service von „Job“ noch einmal vollends genießen konnten.

Beautiful, very comfortable hotel. You may be off put by the self service checkin but don’t. It’s so easy. Just remember to change the language on the system. The room we stayed in was a double, but it’s a large double bed over looking the dragon statue. Everything is beautiful and clean, there is an en-suite shower room with toiletries., mini fridge, tv, safe and air con. When they say it’s 50 meters from the train station, it is!! It a short walk to the centre which is worth a visit lots of shops and bars.

The room itself was super, especially the bath was a great plus point, the beds were beautiful, as a rose sleep, the only disadvantage was that the restaurant was not open.
