I am writing to provide feedback following my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was not up to the standard I had expected. Firstly, the room lacked towels upon my arrival, and I had to call housekeeping to have them sent. This was also happened during my last stays. Additionally, I found that the minibar was not stocked, which I initially addressed by calling reception to request a room change. I was told that instead of moving rooms, housekeeping would send a minibar to my room, but this was not an ideal solution. Furthermore, I noticed that the area around the minibar cabinet had not been properly cleaned, which was disappointing given the otherwise high standards of the hotel. I hope this feedback will be taken into consideration to improve the overall guest experience.
Bary Inn, KLIA & KLIA2 - 24 Hours Free Airport Pick-up

KLIA/Sepang
I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel near the airport in Malaysia, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat that also offers convenience, this is the perfect choice. First and foremost, the location is ideal for travelers, especially those with tight schedules or late-night flights. The hotel is situated just a short drive from the airport, which made my arrival and departure incredibly smooth and stress-free. Despite its proximity to the airport, the hotel’s ambiance is serene and quiet, allowing for a truly restful stay without the usual hustle and bustle that one might expect from an airport hotel. I was genuinely surprised by how peaceful it was; I could barely hear any aircraft noise during my stay. The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained and exude a sense of tranquility. From the moment you walk through the doors, you are greeted by lush greenery and well-designed outdoor spaces that invite relaxation. The landscaping around the hotel contributes to the peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to forget that you're so close to the airport. The interior of the hotel is just as impressive. The lobby is spacious and tastefully decorated with a modern yet warm design. The staff were welcoming, professional, and always eager to assist with any requests or questions. Check-in was quick and seamless, which was much appreciated after a long flight. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-appointed with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, with crisp linens that made it hard to get up in the morning. My room had a large window that let in plenty of natural light, and I enjoyed a lovely view of the garden area. Despite being near the airport, the room was soundproofed exceptionally well, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of the standout features of this hotel is its dining options. The on-site restaurant serves a range of local and international cuisine, and every meal I had was delicious. The breakfast buffet, in particular, was fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, from traditional Malaysian dishes to more Western-style choices. The food was fresh and flavorful, and the restaurant staff were attentive without being overbearing. Another convenience is the hotel's complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs frequently and punctually. This service was a real lifesaver, especially for my early morning flight. In addition to being close to the airport, the hotel is also within easy reach of some great attractions, including shopping malls and local markets, making it convenient to explore the area during downtime. In conclusion, this hotel near the airport in Malaysia offers the perfect blend of peace, comfort, and convenience. Whether you're in town for business, a layover, or just looking for a relaxing getaway, this place delivers on all fronts. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a stress-free, enjoyable stay.
Empire Hotel Subang

This is one of two places I like to stay at when I come to Subang. First, it's attached to the Empire mall Subang, which to me is a huge amenity because there's so many shops, restaurants and services like massage, karaoke and much more including a grocery store. Second, the location opens you up to hundreds of really good medical, and other malls not to mention some of my favorite restraunts. Secondly, it's well priced for the room quality and location. For me personally I like staying here and do recommend it.

The room is nice and within exoectation for the 5 star resort hotel. However, the Hotel need to upgrade the service in term of registration; especially with this one guy who is not that friendly. I checked in around 3:30pm . First the hotel seems difficult to find my booking under my name but later it was resolved. Then the Reception guy told me that the Room is not ready and I have to wait; and he said he will approached me once received feedback from Housekeeping. I was waiting for 1/2 hour and still no one approached me. Then I went back to front desk to ask for update. As that guy was occupied with other registration, i managed to talk to another guy who seems genuinely trying to assist me. Then I can see this guy struggling to find a ready room ... as the one room that he said ready was snapped up by another guy at reception. ************* it was finally resolved after long wait at the lobby. I'm not sure whether I received this kind of treatment because Ive booked via Trip.com and not directly with Hotel. But then I saw all my other friends who went to register with another reception guy, managed to get their room straight away, although they are also booking via other agents like *********** etc.

Everything about the stay was very good. Especially the people and the team who are ready to help you with a smile. The food is good abd the ambience is awesome. Rooms are very clean and have everything you need. Plus the location is great as it is about less than 5 minutes from the IOI City Mall.

This is my second visit, the receptionist this time were rather rude. He yawned while talking to me when I ask him about bed type. I was gutted by his attitude. Wasn’t expecting that because my first visit was very pleasant. This time round the receptionist are rather showing the vibe of “I’m too good to serve you”. It’s unpleasant. Although the room were quite new and it is in a rather quiet area. But for their services I encounter this time. I’m taken aback. Breakfast were good. Room are clean and amenities are upon request, even hair dryer. There are plenty of books at the lobby to browse through, quite interesting.

Bandar Utama
Upon check-in, it was done smoothly, although the valet parking was not handled so well. The room was spacious and clean except the drainage was very poor—the water clogged the sink and the shower room. We were staying only for one night and didn't get a chance to go to the pool, gym, and rooftop lounge. We will come again for a couple of nights as we saw they had a lot of promotions on food in the restaurants. Would give it another try.
