The room slightly small but tidy and clean.
The bed comfortable as my opinion.
The bathroom is spacious.
Provided kettle and hair dryer.
Smart TV.
No drinking water but you can request water at the front desk anytime. 24 hours.
Suggest to provide a empty drinking bottle to refill water instead of refill in kettle.
Everything was great and have their own cafe. Convenience store just beside the hotel.
Will come back next time."

Room 1311 Deluxe King: My husband, our son, and I recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay here, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish.
The property is exceptionally family-friendly, and the absolute highlight for my son was the free-entry waterpark! It was also incredibly convenient being located so close to the local attraction sites, making our family outings effortless. Each morning, we were treated to a fantastic breakfast with a very good spread of choices to suit everyone.
We were equally impressed with the room's upkeep. The cleanliness was excellent, and coming back to fresh daily towels and incredibly fluffy pillows made our rest exceptionally comfortable.
Finally, the hospitality truly stood out. The staff at the reception area were incredibly helpful and accommodating, and we always received a warm welcome from the friendly security guard. We highly recommend this hotel to any family looking for a clean, fun, and comfortable getaway!"

Seng TatThe hotel is quite clean and nice.
I booked for a night king bed room. The room is spacious and clean, quite nice.
However, there is no plug point besides the bed, only have usb port where not all electrical charger is fit and cannot be used.
For the toilet, the water draining system is bad, cannot drain water at all during showering.
For the access card given, one cannot open the door. I went to reception and inform the issue, the receptionist checked and asked another staff to assist me to my room and help me open. We walked till my room and the card cannot open as well. The staff then told me is because of the lock has running out of battery, need another 10 minutes to go down and get physical key to open the door. He then brought the manager comes and she could open the door with her card. So eventually is the second access card problem. I not sure the problem is with the receptionist or the lock got problem. Not a pleasant experience to kee me waiting standing outside my room for them to sort the issue

Honestly, this is a great deal hotel near shopping mall and Kidzania Kuala Lumpur! The hotel was once upon a time a 5-star grand hotel. Unfortunately, time has gone by and it merely is a 3-star for my experience. We had a two bedroom suites, bathroom has gone through wear and tear, flooded scent in room, wood base board and crowning that are warping. Blackout curtains did not exist in one room and the other is somewhat tearing itself away.
Infinity pool, ice rink, small gym and great staff are the highlights.

Rakha RoseI was quite disappointed with my stay at Concorde Shah Alam. It’s very different from Concorde Kuala Lumpur. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn’t seem to be well maintained.
The room wasn’t very clean, and you can really tell the hotel is quite old. A lot of the furniture was damaged, the bathroom wasn’t properly maintained, the tiles had visible stains, the toilet bowl was yellowish, and even the bathtub had rust marks. Overall, it felt more like staying in a motel than a hotel.
The lifts were also extremely slow and felt outdated. The pillows were another downside, they were very hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.
Overall, my experience was disappointing. Compared to Concorde Kuala Lumpur, the difference is huge. This will probably be my first and last stay here.

Anonymous UserLove the room as it is spacious and there is a bathtub for my kids, the hotel is linked to the waterpark and Sunway pyramid mall which is very convenient for us. The only disadvantage is there is no auto laundry in the hotel or mall for large families to wash their clothes for long stay.

Hao TingThe lobby is beautiful, and overall it exceeded my expectations – I'm very satisfied! If the price is similar to a capsule hotel at the airport, you should definitely choose this one; it's much more comfortable. Adding breakfast is also very affordable!

Anonymous UserThis is a very new hotel, located in the city center, and it doesn't take much time to get to the attractions. The pool is beautiful, an infinity pool with a Jacuzzi. The only downside is that we originally booked two rooms, but the hotel arranged them on different floors, which was very inconvenient. We ended up having to pay extra to upgrade our rooms to be on the same floor. But even then, they were at opposite ends of the hallway, east and west.😅
