Fantastic location, just across the road from Aeon Bukit Indah. Many other eateries and spas in the same area as well. A decent stay. Big room and generally clean. Stayed in rooms 719 and 720. 719 was a corner room so felt a little bigger. However, had to let the water run for a while before there was hot water. TV was also a little small for the room size. As the hotel was beside a main road, window sound proofing should have been done better. Could hear the sound of vehicles while trying to sleep at night. Pillows were also on the soft side. Amenities in the hotel includes a (clean) Javanese massage spa. The pool (under maintenance) and gym was really small. The breakfast in the hotel restaurant was nothing to rave about. Better off eating in the numerous eateries in the area.

The hotel was conveniently located right above Mid Valley Mall, which was a plus. However, there were a few drawbacks. The breakfast buffet lacked variety, and the room window was covered in algae and stains. The toilet also had stains, and the shampoo and body soap bottles in the toilet appeared old and had ugly stains around the bottle caps. To top it off, the gym cable machine was broken down. Overall, might still come back to this hotel due to conveniency but will stay only for 1 night and not any longer.

Located at e tranquality location. Chick , young, fresh vibes. Delish Restaurant has delicious tasty meals from Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. Big space. Pool,Kids Pool, Gym Pool(1st time seeing it, Fitness corner, prayer Area, Kids play room all well maintained. Room are spacious, clean & comfy with nice unblocked view TV channels were great with many movie. Near Legoland. Friendly staffs & services.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment Security personnel is also helpful and friendly. The room were clean and very comfortable, with many hand, face towels and bathrobe. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Desaru! Check in and out was efficient check-in/check-out process of the hotel. Their customer service is also commendable and offered us an excellent experience. We loved everything about this hotel, from room types, customer service, and facilities to the serene pool area. I will recommend others for sure! Breakfast, comes with many choices and fresh prata/eggs cooked on the spot. Many eateries within arm's reach. Will come back!

The staff here are amazing—always smiling, friendly, and helpful. The facility is impressive, with everything being free except for the kids' club and access to the waterpark. If you book directly through the hotel’s website, they will include waterpark access for two guests. The hotel breakfast is fairly standard, nothing exceptional, but the kids' section never fails to impress me every day. My favorite breakfast experience was on the last day when I believe the head chef had just returned from Cuti Raya. Here are some tips for upcoming visitors: You have access to a private beach that is shared with the Westin, and there is a shuttle bus that takes you to the golf course, visiting both The Westin and Anantara along the way. I also recommend using the bikes to ride along the designated bike paths in the area. Lastly, enjoy your stay!

This was my fourth time booking this hotel. Check-in was quick with no delays. I arrived early and was tired, so I requested an early check-in. To my surprise, the receptionist allowed us to check in early. Thank you to that lady for accommodating us! The shopping area was right below the hotel, making it very convenient, with just a few minutes' walk to find anything I needed. I will definitely come back again.

Although the resort exterior looks a bit old, the interior of the room still feels pretty good. Nice resort with a 'private' beach just 100 meters away. The Japanese restaurant in the resort was good, breakfast choices were well spread with different dishes in the 2 mornings I spent. Overall, a nice hotel stay despite raining continuously for the 2nd and 3rd day.

Very clean and spacious room conveniently located near CIQ/City Square. Bathroom design is a little weird as water would splash into the ”dry” area without a door there. Breakfast is modest with a mini salad bar, some hot food, cereal, bread, juices, and coffee! Overall, it was very worth it at the price point!

We really love the hotel from the facilities, to the service and the food, everything is worth the money! As you enter the lobby, the kids can already play with the lego even if we haven't checked-in as we were waiting for the check-in time. The room is very spacious and the best part of it is there is a separate room, bed and tv for the adults and the kids, which is a plus point because we had so much space to sleep and of course there is PEACE (for the parents out there) hahaha! The kids also got excited with the treasure hunting, which they have to find the code for the lock of the box and they got lego sets as treasures. There is a variety of food during the breakfast buffet (2 adults & 2 kids included for free in the booking, which is really good as we don't need to pay extra). The food was delicious and our kids (surprisingly) love it! The service is excellent and we had no problem dealing with the staff from the check-in to check-out. We definitely recommend this hotel and we will surely go back!

Travelling during Ramadan. Booking for 3 including sahur breakfast for 3pax. But at counter said available only for two pax only. Double confirm with trip.com customer service then manage to get 3pax set sahur as booking confirmation During sahur the hotel still sent to our room 2 set sahur breakfast. Need to call reception counter to request another pax. Hermmm
