Hotel near Zona Hotelera,Tulum
Right on the shore with Mayan ruins within reach of tranquil Tulum. Wake to exotic views from your private wooden deck. Stroll just a few moments to the beach and take your pick from one of the plush cushioned beds under a thatched parasol. Cool off with a local sugar cane mojito- ceviche and tacos on a plump cushion or sofa beside the sand. La Zebra Tulum is the definition of a tropical escape- combining an authentic Mexican look with modern boutique hotel luxury. Suites are chic and jungle-inspired - all richly coloured wood and occasional bursts of colour. La Zebra is a Small Luxury Hotels of the World property

"The location is great. The parking lot is just opposite the hotel. The room is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The beach is wide and there are few tourists. I saw the most beautiful sunrise. The large balcony is surrounded by green plants and is very suitable for sunbathing. It is quieter than other hotels at night. The double shower can take a shower at the same time. The hotel thoughtfully prepared three large bottles of drinking purified water and a woven bag for going out... I like Tulum starting from the hotel."

"The most cost-effective hotel in the Tulum Beach area, with a beautiful cliff sea view, welcome drink, and you can book a sea view for dinner, the view is beautiful… The hotel can't go directly to the sea, so the price is relatively beautiful, and it's not far away if you want to go to the sea. There is a white sand beach next door after a five-minute walk. The room is big, and hot tea is delivered every day. The service is very good, especially the price is half of that of many hotels in the beach area next door. It's perfect!"

"We have been staying at this hotel for many years as a family and we absolutely love it. Super clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great location. The hotel is located within a little bay next to Punta Nizuc that shields the shore from strong ocean currents, so the ocean is calmer. The hotel has access to the lagoon AND the ocean, so you have view to the water on either side of the hotel. The beach was clean and there is a little reef where you can see tropical fish. "I had a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Hotel in Cancún. The property is clean, comfortable, and offers great value for money. The rooms are simple but modern and well-maintained — exactly what you need for a short stay. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with any questions. The location is excellent, right next to a Walmart Express and within walking distance of restaurants, cafés, and transport connections. It’s also convenient for joining local tours and excursions. Breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. The hotel feels safe and organized, and everything worked smoothly from check-in to check-out. Overall, a reliable and comfortable place to stay in Cancún — I would definitely recommend it for travelers looking for good value, cleanliness, and convenience."

Hotel near Zona Hotelera,Tulum
A breathtaking coastal paradise with pristine white-sand beaches turquoise waters and ancient Mayan ruins Tulum offers a perfect blend of history and relaxation for adventurous travelers

"Room type selection: (There is a giant pit here, it is recommended to avoid the pit) We booked a ”sea breeze room” and told us that we had upgraded our room type when we checked in. We waited for us to check in and found that we had transferred to the ”pool room” The difference between the two is that the sea breeze room is located in the second row of the hotel's seaside, you can have your own terrace but not against the sea, you can feel the sea breeze The pool room is actually a jungle room with a pool, and you can't feel the sea breeze at all. After coordination, we finally gave us the sea breeze we wanted. It turned out that the ”sea breeze room” was oversold that day, and it was upgraded to the ”seaside room” for free. But it's really noisy! It's noisy to sleep at all Because it is made of tent materials, the sea breeze is blowing at night, and it is not soundproof at all, and the sound of the waves beating the reef is no longer the level of white noise. It is the kind that requires earplugs to sleep. Don't listen to the free upgrade of the hotel. ”Sea Wind Room” is the only recommended choice. Mosquitoes: It's the kind of thing that you can get bitten on your legs as soon as you go out. Remember to spray mosquito water before going out No matter how close the road is, The beach in this house is almost impossible to walk up, because it is not cleaned, so the smell is still very serious This wild luxury is still mainly ”wild”, bathing needs to be in the open air, this feeling is OK, water heat is very important"

"The hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor. The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion. The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day."

"It is an excellent hotel with great swimming pool area, clean and big rooms with lots of amenities. The greatest thing about this hotel is its location. We were going to stay in hotel zone but later changed our mind to downtown. And we couldn’t have decided better. All the tours operators do pick up from a couple of locations in downtown area and one of the location is the right outside this hotel. The las Palapas park is walking distance, so is all the local restaurants, super markets etc. it’s near several banks and hotel has a couple of cash points inside the hotel. The only slight nuance is that it is right outside a main road and noise from the road (especially if your room is facing the street) can be a little annoying in the morning during rush hours. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are very nice and accommodating. 4.9 star out of 5."

GGuest UserWe absolutely loved this hotel. It is now our go to Cancun hotel every time we visit. From the moment we arrived we were given the warmest welcome. The location was perfect for us, just two minutes from the water. The beds are unbelievably comfortable and we loved having fresh water, towels and daily cleaning, plus fresh beach towels every day. It is so worth the money. Alejandro who welcomed us in the lobby was an absolute sweetheart, as were all of the staff. Truly a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserMy wife and I had an unforgettable and wonderful experience at NYX Hotel. The hotel's warm and hospitable experience made me extremely excited. Every delicious meal leaves me at a loss as to what to choose. The restaurant works very late every day, allowing guests to have a meal at any time. It is particularly worth mentioning that the front desk staff, Aejandro and Olivcr, helped me with everything. You know, I don't speak English, let alone Spanish. When there was a problem with the one-day tour I booked with the travel agency, Aejandro made many calls for me and helped me solve the problem. I want to thank these two handsome Mexican lads! Next time I come, I will still choose NYX!

HHajiyev ToghrulWhen i booked this hotel, just look photos and price. I think like this expensive hotel must be excellent. But... 1. This is like 3 stars hotel. 2. Personals very bad. If you didn't pay them, nobody served for you. Just one time they can give you juice or something. Second time you need wait 20 minutes 3. I booked room for 2 people. But inside everything for one. Need ask many time for bring one more soap, or shampoo. And surely need pay.... 4. No any amenities. Just pool and restaurants. 5. Normally if you pay this money in Dubai or Turkey, you can see whats the 5 stars. He you can't see any stars. 6. I think have just one reason for like this high price. It's a erotic show. Name is erotic. Nothing more. Just name:):):):) So, if you have money, and want to rest. Didn't go this hotel. I booked it for 5 days. But stay there just 1 night.

GGuest UserStandout was the unique rooms which are extremely private, spacious and beautifully designed along the lagoon. Personally I didn’t quite understand the ‘Butler’ concept and found some of the comms style a bit frustrating. The other standout was the ‘Day of the dead’ celebrations. The property was decorated beautifully and very well organised. The opportunity to also participate was great as we felt emerged in the festivities. It would have been nice if the dinner package also included the face painting. More broadly the property is set within mayakoba so you can explore the grounds including the other hotels and it was fun to explore on the bikes. The only other thing to be aware off is also this is the more premium / exclusive hotel in mayakoba it’s still geared towards families or at least there where quite a few kids around. Finally don’t have high expectations of the beach it’s tiny and there isn’t much space. If you want high end luxury visit Maroma.

MM495523****This might just be the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and they're cleaned daily, so it's always spotless. It's an all-inclusive resort, meaning all food and drinks are covered – and they're all high-quality too. I highly recommend the beachfront restaurant; just remember to make a reservation for the evening. The atmosphere is incredible, and watching the sunset with the sea breeze is pure bliss. The hotel has its own private beach with soft, fine sand, right outside your door. There's also a swimming pool and hot springs. It's connected to other hotels as well, so you can share some of their restaurants and pool facilities. Plus, there's a free show in the auditorium every night at 8:30 PM. All in all, it's incredible value for money. Highly recommended!

The food at the restaurant is also so good and worth it! LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.
