"The hotel is very close to the city center and there are many restaurants nearby. It's very lively at night, the sound insulation of the room is mediocre, you can clearly hear the noisy sounds from outside in the room, my boyfriend thinks it's a bit noisy, but I still like to listen to this lively and happy atmosphere occasionally. The hotel has a lift, but our room was only accessible by stairs, which is not very convenient if you have a heavy suitcase. There are some chairs at the door of our room, and several employees sit and chat on them. We can hear their voices clearly in the room, and I'm not sure if they can also hear our conversations in the room. And they chatted there again early the next morning, and I was woken up by their chatter. I hope the hotel can tell them not to chat at the door of the room where guests are staying."

"It was a very cute hotel.
The path from entering the hotel to our room was stylish and lovely.
The room was spacious. There were no windows facing the outside, but there was one facing the courtyard? The Wi-Fi worked well. I think the amenities were all you needed.
The location is convenient for getting around Guanajuato. It's a bit of a challenge, but you can also walk to Pipila Hill."

The bathroom had a window pane opening out and not supported by a ventilator . Cold at night ."

A spacious living space is located downstairs in duplex units. A flat-screen cable TV, a fan, and a coffee maker are included. A hairdryer and amenities are provided in the private bathroom.
There is a 24-hour reception and a tour desk where you can hire a car. An airport shuttle service is available for an additional fee.
"Highly recommend. The location is good, the hotel door is facing the side door of the cathedral, beside the Peace Square, between the Notre Dame Cathedral and the University of Guanajuato, there are many attractions within walking distance. What's more valuable is that it is a street away from United Garden, where the nightlife is full of restaurants, and it is not noisy, except for the church bells, and there is no noise at night. The room is not big, the table is small, the facilities are complete, hot water is sufficient, WIFI is stable (this is a plus in Mexico). There is a rooftop on the top floor where you can see the night view. The waiters are very good, and the general English is not fluent. Please prepare translation software. One of the disadvantages is that there is no elevator, and the waiter should give tips to help carry luggage. Second, breakfast is not good. There is no hot dishes or meat for 145 pesos per person. It is recommended to eat out. There are many choices around. All things considered, it is highly recommended."

I stayed one night at the Hilton Garden Inn Silao Aeropuerto Bajio for a business trip and was overall very pleased with the experience. The standout feature for me was the extremely comfortable bed—perfect for getting a restful night's sleep before a busy day.
The free airport shuttle was another big plus. I called as soon as I landed, and the shuttle arrived within 10 minutes—fast, convenient, and stress-free.
While the stay was generally very good, I did notice the bathroom cleanliness could use a bit more attention, especially around the small details. The toilet was also clogged upon arrival, which was a minor inconvenience.
That said, the value for the price was excellent, and despite those small issues, I would definitely return for future business trips. With a bit more attention to bathroom maintenance, this would be a near-perfect stay.

Good location, very friendly service staff ! but negative, the staff are very distrustful and keep running after you to ask you to pay, especially in the restaurant. like . Very unpleasant and a big change from last year. That's why we changed the hotel.

Hotel staff are incredibly helpful and very accommodating. Parking is available and a must have when staying in San Miguel Allende. Breakfast from 9-11 included eggs cooked for you, not the usual you would have expected like cereal etc. The area is relatively quiet, we slept like babies. The location is an an easy and inexpensive cab ride from the hotel and the best way to travel back and forth from the city. Beautiful environment that lives up to its name, MANSION SAN MIGUEL ALLENDE!!!!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable & spacious room. Plenty of hbo channels & was easy to change language preference. The frigobar functioned perfectly & kept my frozen food frozen.
I heard some music for a short while, but it wasn’t late. I found the breakfast above average as the chef knows how to prepare eggs nicely (not pulverized or overcooked to minuscule crumbs), but the orange juice didn’t seem authentic.
Hotel staff was friendly & welcoming. My room was spotless!

It’s great combination of price and quality. We like: 1) very quite rooms for nice sleep and 100% noise free despite location next to highway, 2) good hot water, which can be a problem in the country, but not in this hotel, 3) breakfast, which is not big, but has everything you need (check pictures), 4) friendly reception. Only problem was an elevator in the hotel (actually both elevators were problem), which wasn’t solved while our stay. Nice place!

* There are 2 Holiday Inn Express in Silao.
* There are no buses from Guanajuato to BJX airport. Uber costs 400pesos. Take a bus to Silao(37 peso).

The hotel is good, the room is clean, the housekeeping staff are friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. However, I booked a room with a kitchen, but there were no cooking utensils such as a knife, cutting board, or pot. When I requested a knife for cooking, I was given a meat-cutting knife instead.

This place is superb. A hidden location wirh private gates, parking, beautiful rooms so spacious. Staff very friendly. I loved that thwy used Dove bodywash and shampoo. The pool is beautiful and a bar with drinks and buffet breakfast. I would 100% return to this hotel. My children loved it

I was very happy with this classic hacienda on the hill with great overview of the wide valley 😃 - the hotel has save private parking lots and quiet surrounding. The swimming pool was refreshing - you only have to walk a steep street or take a Uber/Taxi to reach to city center and back.
