Pullman Maldives All-Inclusive Resort

Opportunities for improvement: Rooms 1. consider using small bottles of water that can fit into the bar fridge. Cold water after a hot day is a game changer! Melange 1. Surf and turf: the big prawns and lobster meat were frozen and were not really attractive. After grilling, the meat turned out to be partially soggy, which is a turn off. 2. Suggestion: for the grill, cook to order instead of preparing the food and leaving it under a heater lamp. I.e. lamb cutlets, pork chops, grilled sea bass etc. Freshly grilled food taste better and maintains the high quality. Grilled food left under a heater lamp becomes either soggy or too tough. 3. Same suggestion for breakfast waffles: make to order rather than leave it on the plates ready to go. Examples of great service: 1. Mariana helped prepare a ice bucket of champagne for us even though the honeymoon comment was not originally registered by trip.com and pullman. She was very helpful and remembers what clients say. Top marks and greatly appreciated! 2. All buggy drivers greet upon pick up and some even went out of their way to reverse so we can video manta rays in shallow waters off our villa. Truly deserving of the great service tag! 3. All waiters serving at all restaurants always asks whether we want water to start off. It feels like an SOP but we love it! Consistent and service with a smile! Was truly a great experience and would love to come back again!

The Residence blew us away! From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. The staff cannot do enough for you. We were lucky to stay in a sunset water villa and house keeping were in 3 times a day making sure everything was spotless and bringing us snacks! We don't usually do all inclusive holidays so I was a little worried about the standard of the food - but it was all delicious. From the fresh fruit and freshly made omelettes in the morning to the constantly changing menus and themed dishes in the evening, it didn't even feel like we were at a buffet. The restaurants were also such a high standard. The other thing we weren't sure about before we booked was the size of the island and whether we would get bored. For us, the island was a perfect size. We had bikes outside our villa when we arrived and we loved cycling down to breakfast, or over to the neighboring island (not forgetting a beer stop at the castaway bar on the way!). We weren't ready to come home, and are already debating going back for this Christmas (which is big for us - we don't make a habit of booking the same place twice!) The reef was also breathtaking - we saw sharks, ray and turtles almost daily. We also loved the resident fruit bats. I need to give a big shout out to Haftz, Sajith, Nafu and Rayaan in the main restaurant too. They made us feel like family from the moment we arrived. If you're debating booking The Residence and you love a high standard of food, lots of marine life and being treated like a VIP - do it!

Replenish your honeymoon with your wife and enjoy the resort at a glance. The environment is so good that you can jump out into the Indian Ocean to go swimming and snorkeling every day. The sea is full of colorful tropical fish, sharks, devil fish, sea urchins and sea cucumbers. The service was very great, and there were kind smiles everywhere, especially the Siranthe of the pool bar, which gave me a very deep impression. I can understand what a super service is from the time I haven't started. We stayed on the 3rd, but arrived in Male on the 2nd night. The resort had communicated with my hotel in Male in advance. The next day I should go back to the airport to take the inland plane. set. E-mail English communication before departure is also afraid of any problems in the middle of the mistakes, but in the end I found that my fears are superfluous, really do not have to worry about anything. The only downside is that there are too few restaurants and food choices in the resort. The buffet for dinner is really good. If you want to go, you really need to bring more snacks and some instant noodles.

The hotel is beautiful and quiet in a secluded location. The overwater villas were beautifully maintained and away from the main island. They were also large and well laid out with a beautiful sunset view. There were so few guests I saw it felt like my own personal island. The butler, Nattu, was great. He was always at hand for requests and organised a great itinerary for me as I was travelling solo. Everything went smoothly and he handled any requests in a quick and precise manner. He was even able to take me snorkelling on the first day. The staff overall were great. It was a nice touch that so many knew me by my first name and were always very helpful. Snorkelling was a highlight with many areas to explore including around the villa. A highlight was the jet ski trip to a remote snorkelling area organised by the water sports team. The 2 hour trip was excellent. The food and drinks were top class. It was a nice touch the focus on locally sourced seafood and the wide range of dining options across the two islands was also a great touch. This was an amazing hotel filled with excellent staff.

From the moment we arrived we were met with excellent service from the loveliest people. Starting at check in where we were sat down and offered a cold drink whist completing the check in process. Each party checking in all had their own host going through the same process so no queue. Our host then took us to our room in a buggy and made sure we were settled in. The water villa was huge, clean and amazing. We then ventured to the Dining room for something to eat where we were met by Hafiz, dining room manager. He gave us the warmest welcome and made us feel like we were the only guests dining there. Throughout the week he gave us the same welcome whenever we saw him and he remembered our names every time. Every single person working at the resort would say hello when we passed and it was without a doubt the friendliest and most welcoming place we have ever been. A few other names worthy of noting are: Tuhin at the Italian restaurant - exceptional service and another friendly welcome and Nuwan at the beach bar who was fantastic throughout our stay. He couldnt do enough for us and when I asked about a glass of port one evening he explained that this wasnt something they offered and he had never heard of it. He then grabbed a phone to google it and half an hour later he produced a bottle of Port. A top man indeed. The bicycles at the villa were really useful and enabled us to pop over to the neighbouring island to use all of the facilities there too. Both islands had a main dining room but we felt that the one on the main island catered more for the Asian market so lots of curries etc. The smaller dining room on the second island was better for the English palette and the setting there was first class. The beaches and pools were the best ive seen and there was no problem finding somewhere to sunbathe. In summary - the best holiday we have been on and the only place we would return to as we like trying new places. Also - a special mention to Melisa at Kenwood travel who arranged everything for us - made it a real pleasure dealing with her. Only negative - we arrived at Male airport after a 10 hour flight only to be told that we had to wait for 5 hours before the internal flight to Kooddoo island where we then got a speedboat to our resort which only took about 7 minutes. we basically lost a day in travelling but that was just bad luck with the timings.
Park Hyatt Maldives Hadahaa

First of all, good: the scenery is beautiful, the water is transparent, there are many fish, and diving is convenient. Bad: Ctrip set almost 5,000 / night, after paying the money, I realized that I had to pay more than 10,000 ”on the island fee” from Malé Airport to the hotel. I arrived on the island and knew that the 5,000 night was the most arranged. Poor room type, upgraded water house plus more than 10,000, and then saw the Raiders to know that the island consumption is very high, and finally the island seven or eight eight plus up and added three or four thousand, all layers are fees, feeling very bad. If you have made it clear before, you will consider it according to the actual situation. The value of 890,000 to the island is not worth it. Ctrip and this hotel are giving you a low price of more than 20,000 and five nights. After you know that many of the expenses are not included, you will not be refunded and let us change the hotel. Everyone must be careful before you decide, don't be pitted. There are many flies at breakfast. No self-service only ordering.
